Poor Room Service, Pathetic Rooms and Very Dirty Towels. Cleanliness is very poor inside the room and Maximum things which are mentioned in the Amenities section are not available in the Room like Water Kettle to make water hot, Iron and Iron Boards. When we ask for the Iron they denied.

Blankets are Very Dirty. They are not in a position to change them also. Wash Room and Room are un tolerable

Poor Stay

Room is not what was shown on site. it's confusing. I wanted a King Size but got two single instead. There were Bed bugs and the bedding is quite old and saggy. Breakfast was being served after 8 AM and it was pointless. The hotel looked more like a hostel and it is not amicable for professionals or families.

It was a comfortable stay. Could have been much better had it been a Clean Bedsheet as the one used was torn. Also a twin bed was given instead of a king size bed which was mentioned while booking.

Not Ideal For Long Stay

Rooms are very small, parking's a nightmare (roadside only!), breakfast is limited and not great (brought in daily from outside), and the Wi-Fi is unreliable and insecure. Emergency stays only – not ideal for longer trips. 😥

Pathetic and sad

Hotel building and rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Bathroom small and dirty. Appears totally different in the photos. Please check the actual photos. 2 small beda instead of a large single bed for deluxe room vs the photos room is very small & they expect you to eat breakfast delivered to the room which hardly has space to sit. On asking for the dirty bathroom to be washed a kid landed up to wash the bathroom with his bare hands. On asking him how he planned to wash the bathroom with his bare hands he scrounged around outside and came back with a small bottle of green liquid- again with bare hands- no brush or broom. Sad and shocking! avoided breakfast and got out of there. 0 stars

Room is good but the breakfast which is provided is average. They are getting breakfast from outside hotel and serving in plate in room itself. The breakfast taste is not up to mark and very little qty(2 idly & 2 bonda ) provided, they have not provided tea / coffee also.
