The room and bathroom were clean. The location is close to the market, although it's situated in a narrow lane, which is still manageable. Overall, it's a budget-friendly stay that offers good value. Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the Itsy Hotels The New Hill Retreat, Near By Local Bus Station dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

Excellent property and very convenient to us c activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
