The stay was good, i was charged an extra 300 for the bigger room, which i could not pay them as i had to leave early in the morning and no one was available at the Itsy Hotels Vizima reception. No contact number available for transfer of funds. The room was clean and spacious and the toilet was clean.

Staff that is welcoming and accommodating and always ready to assist. Remodeled amenities include a remodeled pool and attractive rooms. During the set dinners, a manager assisted in serving us; he was really kind and helpful.
