I booked room on 7th nov and my check in was 11 am but I checked in only by 10pm after so many hrs still I was made to wait for an hour to clean the room

Worst Experience Never Try This Hotel Ambience is also not nice... Services’s staff overall very worst

Excellent property with descent breakfast and dinner... In fact I was surprised with the comfortable food and fantastic breakfast and dinner at the cost 2,200 per day. Exceptionally reasonable.

I booked a premium room with a bathtub but they deny that your booking does not include a bathtub so I confirm from MMT Customer support, They say it's added sir but then the property says that in the premium room we don't have the bathtub and ac is not working, after so much wait that MMT will do something, nothing happened at all so we compromise our preference and go with normal room, Such a terrible experience I ever had

Everything was Good, had nice amenities and top class services, had a little bit of issue at the start itself but manager came and immediately sorted it out, Thanks to him, had a nice weekend. Not worth the money It is not value for money. We paid 3.5 K at E city. The rooms were small but neat, same case with the bathroom.

Too much cost of deluxe room... That no complimentary breakfast.... Water bottle cost hike.... Staff way talking and responce very poor... More over any time check- in... But check out time will be 12noon pm... Not fare....

Unclean room and washroom. The wash basin was not draining fast. Didn't get any service from the idiots who were busy gossiping and playing all the time. Asked for additional two litres of water, but they supplied 1 L only. Then they just vanished. They restaurant was okay, the staffs there are comparatively professional. Good hotel for a short stay especially if you are travelling down south. Good amenities. Value for money. The only issue is limited parking. Food was excellent. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel location is on road it's easy to find. Room was clean and staff is friendly. Only one thing I would problem hot water not coming properly. Hotel need to work on it. Thare is no fan in room only AC. Overall good experience of 2 days stay.

This is my second experience there.. Very, very bad... First they gave me the key to room number 303. No one came with me... I searched for the room number and opened it and saw some dresses and bags in it...(I think One of the customer  locked the room and left) I say at the reception... they say sorry and give me another key to room number 403... when I open it, it repeats there too... Finally they gave me room number 103... Luckily there was no one there. Similarly, there was nothing in the bathroom. The shower didn't work, there was no liquid soap, shampoo, brush, paste... none of these. By then they had wasted two hours of my time. When I tried to make some tea in the morning, the electric kettle was not working either.... What more experience do you need than this...thank you iva by SKR

As per booking i asked hotel is it near to metro station for my training journey they told yes. when i reached hotel found metro non operational there . Then I talked to hotel manager there on 17th and with MMT and they told me ur trip cancelled and cancellation , refund mail will come to u but upto now i ve not received any mail and refund. pse look after this and let me give update . Thanks

Location is convenient. But the services are worst. There is no waiter in the restaurant. AC is not working in restaurant. Water leakage in restaurant. Room is very very small. No senior person at reception. Shower does not work. Telephone doesn't work. Room service is very very slow. I don't understand how the rating of this hotel is above 4.

good stay, good food clean, parking should have been in a closed area, food room service should be faster
