Iva By SKR- A Petrichor Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights and the over all experience I will rate as excellent. The staff was courteous , cleanliness was satisfactory. The restaurant serves delicious food but the price need to be slash down a little. We found lil difficulties finding cabs there coz it’s more of an industrial area . Another important thing lacking in that area is that there r no restaurants around. Yet we enjoyed staying in Iva2. We will opt the same Iva By SKR- A Petrichor Hotel to sty on our next visit. When mentioned abt the staff behavior I noticed that from the cleaning staff to the restaurant and the staff at the reception were all really service oriented

Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was neat and clean with all necessities. Parked in front of the Iva By SKR- A Petrichor Hotel, no issues. Entrance lobby and restaurant are spacious and well designed. Food for breakfast was excellent and tasty. Gym is an added bonus and accessible 24x7 my only minor complaint is that there was a heavy smoke smell on the 3rd floor corridors as it was all smoking rooms apparently (i didn't get the smell inside my room though)

Pleasant short stay. Checked in late evening and checked out very early next morning. The check in and check out process were smooth. Friendly staff. Nice, clean rooms. Clean linen. The bathroom could be provided with a shower curtain. Also the frosted glass on the wall separating the room and the bath area should have a proper curtain. The food offered at the restaurant was tasty and value for money. Overall nice experience.

Conveniently located on main road just opposite hebbegodi metro station. Clean and spacious rooms, good food service with a decent spread for breakfast & dinner.

Stay was excellent and location and cleanliness was up to the mark and will recommend to business and family too

Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Well placed near the highway and at the entry into electronic city. Easy entry and exit to the nice road.
