We are very happy to stay ivy residency. There service and attitude are very respectively unpractical.

The room i booked was for deluxe ac with three adults. The room provided by the hotel was a cramped small room with very bad bedsheets, towels and no facilities at all. I had to beg the hotel staff for toilet paper and face tissues. The room was full of black ants and bugs.

Good hotel for transit. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. Food can be ordered from app.

Very basic property with absolute basic facilities. The one thing i liked was that the toilet was clean. The power kept going and coming back. The reception guy was always ready to help. The tv really doesn’t work always. The ac does work so it’s alright. And as you open the curtain you see a pile of garbage dumped into the foliage below.

The executive in the reception is very cordial in receiving guests. The location, amenities and services are excellent. Easily accessible and very convenient to move around thiruvananthanpuram.

Review of ivy residency hotel is located in anayara. Rooms were bit small. Cleanliness of room and bathroom was very good. Staff was polite and arranged vehicle for sightseeing etc. There was no problem check in in at 01:00 am (night) hotel has no restaurant but many eateries in walking distance.

Its a nice quiet secure place perfectly placed at a walking distance to kms hospital if you are going there for visa medicals. Friendly, cooperative staff, kept my luggage safe leaven after my check out, while i was at hospital. Another highlight is - lulu mall is close by.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and well maintained room with good basic amenities. Staff was helpful and behaviour was courteous.

Stayed there for a day only as there were no rooms available for the second day. The hotel is at a great location with modern rooms. Great for family. Would highly recommend. Note: there is no good restaurants at the premises nor nearby.
