J.K Clarks Exotica

Only giving positive review because of warm staff behaviour and property cleanliness. I spent including breakfast and dinner to book my room hoping it to be a 4 star property but it was not even close. They don’t have a functioning restaurant which should have been mentioned by property . They are serving in a small conference room. The rooms they give for stay doesn’t have proper heating system so be prepared to ask for a heater or room change. The room interiors are completely different than shown in pictures. Old and shabby bathroom fittings and room interiors are a huge disappointment. Won’t recommend for the money you spend.

I had an amazing stay at jk clarks exotica. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and great dining. Highly recommended!

The food was of very high quality and delicious. The breakfast spread was awesome with so many varieties which included fresh fruit juices. Absolutely awesome. The house keeping staff were prompt in giving quality and immediate helpful service. Keep smiling. Check in was smooth including a refreshing welcome drink. Much needed after a long and tiring journey.

Good J.K Clarks Exotica with great hospitality and food,the location is best with proper caring of hygiene.Food is quite expensive but staff is very cooperative and caring.But overall the our stay was good and we would again like to stay there in the same property whenever we would go to dalhousie

It was fantastic. Enjoyed our stay. Quality of food and service was good. I will just give you some suggestions, please provide with tea and coffee at little reduce rate as it is a cool place and most of them come here for climate change.

Food was good. We stayed in corner suite room which was very spacious and view from that room was amazing. Hotel staff was very polite. They have live music on their open retaurant. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Tarvelled with the family for two nights. Had an excellent stay. Hotel location is very much reachable, quite easily. Two usps of this property are the view and the food. Enjoyed my stay.

Average room with Average breakfast .location is ok. it should be 3star. towels were not clean. won't repeat stay

Hi-tel property is very well maintained and the staff is professional. However, the standard of food is average.
