I was late at night due to heavy traffic at shillong, but they opened the gate and let me in. So it's good to be in this hotel.

Anyone checkin this hotel please check if the power problem has been fixed. To my surprised there was no power and water in this hotel. The mangement is not bothered abt it. Not even apologetic abt it. I had to spend whole day/night with power. Literally they gave me water in bucket to take bath. One of the worst experience

Good location and room, near to main market

Service was very poor. Not at all recommended for future booking in this hotel.

Room was not like that what was promised. I booked a 200 sq ft semi deluxe room but we were give a hardly 100 sq ft ordinary room. Breakfast was of poor quality. They have no kitchen. They gave us street food as breakfast.

Hotel location was good. Few walkable distance from shillong police bazar centre point. But there is no parking area for four wheelers

Cheeked in very late at around 11 pm, but welcomed warmly. Room having proper hot water supply, well disciplined, neat and clean. Location is 1 minute walking distance from police bazar point. Overall upto the mark

Booked 2 standard rooms each of 200 sq ft size for 5 adults and 1 child. But they couldn't show me any standard room of 200 sq ft size. We have been allotted 1 room of 70 sq ft size having a bed of 4'x4. 5' for 2 adults and another 200 sq ft sized room for 3 adults and 1 child. For the 2nd room we had to pay extra rs. 600- per night as they label-led it as deluxe room. The rooms have no window, suffocating, experience like living in warehouse. We had the booking including breakfast though they have no kitchen. They arranged us from outside. There were only 3 items and we had to choose one of them and quality of food was of inferior quality.

Good location near to police bazar. Hospitality is good but missed restaurant facility at the hotel but u can enjoy good Bengali food.

So bad experiance. Receptionist gives. Extra 500 cash

We were assigned a smaller room and that room had no ventilation and no ac. Also, the staff and manager was useless and not helping.

Located in main shillong market, so everything is nearby only

The hotel is located in the center of the city, with nearby market and night life of shillong. All the amenities including provision of water and transport on demand.

Location of hotel is advantages.
