J M Four Hotel

I recently stayed at your J M Four Hotel for the second time in the past three months, and I appreciate the services and amenities provided. My previous stay was with my family, while this time, I booked the room for myself for one night. Overall, my experience was smooth and comfortable. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I faced during check-in. When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error. While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.

Good J M Four Hotel in the cbd pune, close to jmroad. Rooms & washroom are spacious & clean. Staff are courteous. Their complimentary breakfast spread is limited but found good. Hotel is little old and needs certain renovation/ rectification ( door looks, bathtubs etc. Overall a good health & absolutely safe. Hotel is close to many famous food joints/ restaurants around jm road & fc road. Hotel is close to bus station & railway station

The stay was excellent. Food was very good in terms of taste. Although they can have more variety for their breakfast, as some times it found to be repetitive. But still the owner cooperated us a lot and get made different breafast menu for us for last three days of our stay, it was a memorable trip.

My stay was great in terms of hygiene, location, staff, food at in-house restaurant, budget friendly. I highly prefer to stay at this J M Four Hotel during my future Pune visits. I highly recommend this place to other if you are looking for all the criteria mentioned above.

I and my wife enjoyed our stay at this J M Four Hotel. The reception, room service, cleanliness and hygiene was superb. I suggest inclusion of maharashtrian food also in the restaurant menu. Everything was too good. Worth staying. My thanks to all the staff members

Location of J M Four Hotel is very prime, just walking distance from fc road. The room was good, well maintained. Breakfast had limited options but taste was good. Overall a good stay.
