JAAG HOTEL

I checked in on 18th November and faced multiple issues. The first room had washroom problems, shower not working, shower gun missing and water leakage. After I reported this on 19th morning, the hotel shifted me to another room, but even there the sink tap didn't work properly, there was no soap holder and a strong drainage smell came from the sink. The corridor also had a persistent foul smell, and the breakfast quality was below expectations. Overall, the stay was not comfortable and the hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness.

I will never recommend this hotel, very dirty, very poor smell, no cleaning, nothing, always getting bad smell.

The hotel provided a comfortable and hassle-free stay during my business visit. Rooms were spacious and neatly maintained. The staff was polite, efficient, and made check-in/check-out seamless. The food quality was impressive, with a good mix of local and continental options. Would gladly stay here again.

The food quality was impressive. Would gladly stay here again. The bar at the hotel is pretty good, the bartender served great drinks and the dj there had some great mixes.

Location is good, but room cleanliness can be improved.Bath towel was of below standard size.

Location is great But the hotel is experiencing low occupancy and the quality of breakfast has come down. They served in the room with limited options. Also the cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. The room rents were charged less to some of the other guests.

Hotel location is good. cleaning was properly done. food quality is awesome and restaurant menu for breakfast is superb

Rooms sticks and lobby is smellls bad. Hygiene was an issue, staff is not friendly or may be the policies.

Super & the best. Good service & hospitality . had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore.

A very convenient and comfortable property as it is very close to us consulate (just 10 mins drive).The complimentary breakfast buffet is also good The staff is very cordial and fluent in english. The only suggestion would be yo provide RO water as it pinches to buy 2-3 extra litres of water .

Good location. near to all major places. Hospitality is very good. Food is very tasty

Overall stay was good especially room and washroom facilities was great. But I don’t feel the front office staff was professional. Very disappointed with the service. Feels bad that such a good property having badly behaving staffs

The room could have been more clean, there was a smell in the room for which they put some spray (without complaining). The breakfast buffet was okay but I expected better at this price point.

It was ok ok experience. The cost which you are paying for the stay but you will find, the rooms were too small with a tiny bathroom. There are lots of restrictions like outside food is not allowed, Smoking is not allowed etc. Nearby you will not have any outlets like Burger King, KFC, MaC D. So, Before booking think. twice. Terrible

Room is same as shown in website. Staff is good. They don't have parking space and kept my car on the street which got over heated under Sun. Bathroom drain outlet was slow and water took time to drain out from floor.
