Everything was fine except the customer service. The staff made our stay horrible.I would never recommend this stay to anyone.

Regarding the stay it was excellent and this was my first Homestay booking. The room was very clean and AC was in well working condition and the owner was very friendly giving amenities with a bathroom towel, free WiFi, hot water facility and bedsheets (on request). It was very easy to check in and check out. I would like to rate 4.5 / 5. The parking facility alone was to be done near to Naval Maritime museum. It's just around 150m away from the stay

This property was the worst. All the amenities mentioned are not correct. Please remove parking, geyser, Power backup from the list. you will feel so much uncertainty after reaching the property. The bed sheet was dirty and unusable. I lost my beliefs because of this kind of experiences

Overall room and facilities were good, however there was not hot water in toilet so we told them , they arranged hot water from other toilet. Toilet was neat and tidy. Blankets were not that great .

Location was bit inside but okay to stay for one day

Unprofessional conduct, no caretaker at the site. No toiletries provided. Linen was not washed and they did not provide and blankets either. Also there was no drinking water
