Jade Square

Owning to the location of the jade square near the railway station made our day great. The most important factor was the front office, the staffs at the reception did knew how to handle the customers, moreover they were proficient in the medium of language english with us, which usually is nightmare with executives in the front office. The stay was quite elegant. The rooms and the ambience were amazing the complementary breakfast was simply flavorsome and appetizing. The rooms were spacious and size. I shall recommend this Jade Square with my vast number of colleagues. However when my wife was trying to get the room via her make my trip, it offered much lower price and she couldn't complete the payment. That's when, i opted to download make my trip app and tried to opt this particular Jade Square and the price waa few hundreds higher than what was shown in hers. And with my app also the payment got crashed multiple times with several failed payment attempts. How sure are u that am gonna get 2000 discount and how is that.

My stay at this Jade Square was delightful. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with attentive and helpful staff who truly enhance the experience. The room service was exceptional, always proactive and quick to respond to any requests. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options. One suggestion for improvement would be for the Jade Square to provide amenities based on the number of guests in each room to avoid any oversights. Overall, i had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this Jade Square for its outstanding service and amenities.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Jade Square. Everything about the Jade Square was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We are so happy to stay at jade square because it's service are really good. All staf have good behavior. There is no any problem to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Foods are also too good and testy. Breakfast was also healthy because they provide all kind of fruits that we need. So any time when we vista to ranchi always prefer to stay in jade square. Jade square is worth it for the bugget and value for money.

Hotel is much neat & clean room size was big & spacious. Staff also of good behaviour. Cost wise some high around 15 percente. Usually i get nice Jade Square of 4 star category around 3500 inclusive tax & breakfast. Here single occupancy room is around 5500 inclusive breakfast & tax. They should reduce their price. Zim not available. I will give 8 out of 10 in restaurant food is delicious & fare price.

This property is located on main road so easy to access. Front desk executive are well trained on how to respond to customer. I requested for late checkout which they allowed. Room service is good and food is not high priced. Breakfast was good but still scope to improve as there were not much options so considering the price charged for stay they need to add more menu in breakfast.

Had a very comfortable stay at the jade square. The reptionist were very welcoming and the service boys very helpful. The rooms are extremely well kept. Loved our experience at jade square. N the dood broadway restaurant is delicious. The servers are so polite and the experience was amazing. Highly recommend

The Jade Square was good, the location was also very nice just beside airport, the quality of food was also great, staffs were well behaved and everything was fine. The only thing that i don't like was that the Jade Square didn't have any campus but have a proper parking facility.

Nicely located close to airport. Check in to check out, very smooth and nice experience, room was quite big, clean and comfortable, nice toilet. Good breakfast spread, very well behaved and friendly staff members.

All things are neat and clean. Hotel provide us a clam environment to stay. Breakfast was also too good. Overall it was best place to stay.

One of the best location and place i’d one have early morning flight. Rooms are nicely furnished and are spacious. Parking may be a problem if arrived during peak time in evening.

It was nice. The rooms were really clean and the staff was also very polite. We ordered quite a lot of food and all of it was really nice so kudos to the room service as well.

Stayed one night, was a nice clean and modern Jade Square. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and efficient. The bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is strong. Lavish breakfast and the complimentary soup in the evening on a rainy day was very welcome.
