Jade Vine Resorts

Property is easily reachable. Staffs were well mannered. Rooms were clean. Overall enjoyed my stay. I want to give some suggestions to the owner. Rooms should have electric cattle. After cleaning room, one should provide towels. There should some kids channel they should provide because kids doesn't understand IPL when I asked about the same one old gentleman most probably owner advised me to ask my kid to watch IPL. There must be some guard at gate because when we reached Jade Vine Resorts at 11 we found the main door is locked. We had to call and asked to open the door. When you are in this Jade Vine Resorts industry you cannot act like a home-stay. You should keep standard glasses and water bottle in room and if it broke due to your poor product quality you shouldn't ask your customer to pay it although they didn't charge me for that once I told them that the glass was already broken. But I will still say that I enjoyed my stay and would definitely like to visit again.

Best room service and tidy cleanliness room, Jade Vine Resorts staff is very cordial, specially Mr. Vinod Jade Vine Resorts manager is very co operative and well behaved person. I am very impressed with his nature and behavior. Food is very delicious and tasty. Easy road connectivity by taxi and local buses. But some sort of internet and Wi-fi issue in the Jade Vine Resorts which may be improved. Finally almost very comfortable stay in this Jade Vine Resorts and plan next visit soon. The Jade Vine Resorts was located on the Shoghi by-pass high way so locating it was easy. The Jade Vine Resorts has newly come up. Rooms are neat and tidy. Washrooms are neat and tidy. We were allocated 3 rooms all of same category. We had a very pleasant and good stay. Only thing needs to improve majorly is on the food part. The catering team needs to be really trained well in terms of service, food taste and quality. They should include electric kettle and tea condiments as well proper toiletry kit which in today's time all basis good Jade Vine Resortss have. Overall enjoyed my stay and can think of coming back. the toy train line is situated above the Jade Vine Resorts premise.

The place was very nice..the room we were given was very clean and tidy. It had an awesome view but that was because it was a deluxe room we booked (cannot say for other room types). We reached Shoghi station by toy train and the Jade Vine Resorts person arranged a cab for us. The Jade Vine Resorts is at a secluded place so if you are planning to visit the market then do it by the day time. Cabs were arranged by Jade Vine Resorts again. Food was tasty but a bit overpriced. Overall a great trip.

Strategically positioned at the heights of the famous Tara devil Hills, this remarkable property delivers a very refreshing panorama overlooking the lush green forest cover. The rooms are very well maintained with cleanliness kept at priority. The staff is friendly, courteous and agile. Also housing a very decent and spacious area for parking this property is just the right place travellers need Around a place like Shimla.

From our stay to food, from quick services to staff to the manager, vaibhav, everyone and everything was so good! the warmth and cooperative behaviour of the Jade Vine Resorts staff and manager is something which you won’t get anywhere else i believe. Lovely experience overall. If you want a peaceful stay, around 20-25 mins away from the city crowd, go for it!

I stayed here for 2 nite. Hotel have peaceful and awesome location. Owner is nice person. I appreciate for mr. Ram kishan negi was nice guy. He is well mannered and experience guy. Another thing Jade Vine Resorts view, food, amenities are good and just 5min car drive far away from shimla road. I highly recommend.

I stay over there before 2 days, it was a very good experience with Jade Vine resort. Good stay with good nature of the staff. Staff was very very supportive. Also good quality and cleaning of the Jade Vine Resorts were awesome. I recommend to everyone. If you stay in Shimla then please stay in Jade Vine resort.
