Very disappointing stay

We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay at Jag Aravalii. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful — even after multiple polite requests, he showed no willingness to support or resolve our concerns. Additionally, the swimming pool was in very poor condition — dirty and not maintained at all, which made it completely unusable. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic cleanliness and courteous service, but unfortunately, that was missing throughout our stay. Would not recommend this property unless the management and staff improve their behavior and maintenance standards.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at jag aravali, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was serene and relaxing. It truly felt like a perfect getaway. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the stunning views and tranquil surroundings made it even more memorable. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Given the exceptional experience i had, i would love to make it my go-to vacation spot. Terrible Stay

1 very terrible experience we made here that's area was very far away from lake pichhola not safe area we book resort at good price but we give very very high rent of autos we give 3000 rs for autos don't go there. Give me my money back for auto. Don't have time much i can't take image. Give me money back for extra auto charges. Which cost around 3000.
