Jagat Hotel

Reasonably priced. Basic expected amenities are provided. Ac, tv, phone to reception, small sofa, mirror, water and glasses, bedside table with storage, blanket, 2 pillows, tea table, side bench, etc. Night lamp is there. 1 pair of slippers provided. Boy offered to clean the room after having dinner in room. This is really a good practice to keep the pests out of room. Appreciate it very much. Cctv coverage is there. They change the towel, bedsheets etc everyday checkout. Wifi: basic around 4 mbps. Bathroom: hot water, basic toiletries, towel are provided. Cleanliness is maintained to basic level. Room service: for luggage pickup and drop, food at room available. Restaurant: regular menu option. Drinks are also available. Common area: cleanly maintained. Power back: did not face power cut issue, so not sure. Entry with vehicle can be little bit challenging. Parking is available but might be limited. Pros: reasonably priced Jagat Hotel and decent facilities located near bagdogra airport. Some minor issues i observed. Hotel is located in congested area and inside a commercial building. No lift, so there could be accessibility issues for some physically challenged people. Paints have come out in some places, need to maintain these. Ac has little bit smell, needs maintenance. Not ceiling fan in room, one wall fan is provided but unable to stop swinging. Tv has screen issues. Backlights are visible prominently. No tv remote, only set-top box remote. Have to manually turn it on/off by pressing on ****on below the tv panel. Mosquito liquidator is plugged horizontally, ideally for best working it should be plugged vertically. Bathroom door lock from outside does not work properly. This creates issue with room sealing for ac. Bathroom light is low. Toilet fixtures are rusty. Either they should remove it or keep it maintained. Exhaust fan is dusty. Should be cleaned. These are eyesore. Bathroom dust bin, stool would have been better. Bathroom has little bit foul smell when exhaust is off for long. Probably drainage issue. This needs to be fixed. Bathroom tiles are slippery. Could be fatal. Hotel boys are nice. Thanks to abhi. First of all i would clarify the name of the Jagat Hotel is Jagat Hotel hag-at not jagat Jagat Hotel which is mentioned in the display board of the Jagat Hotel. This mistake created a confusion when i called the traveler for going outside, the traveler reached near another Jagat Hotel which name is jagat Jagat Hotel in different place so i faced trouble. They did not provide me welcome kit. In the time of check in No garden there

I stayed along with my friend mathew at Jagat Hotel jagat, bagdogra, siliguri from 25th aug 2024evening to 26th au 2024 morning. The front office reception in-charge was quite friendly. Room service was good and calls were attended promptly. The toilet was clean and bathroom towels and other items were readily available. The food was tasty and warm. A car was arranged for dropping us at bagdogra airport at minimum fare.

Stayed for a night from 3 pm to next day 8:45 am. Loved the stay. The staff were very good. They were very helpful in every aspect. The food was good. The ac room was very decent for a one night stay. They even tell you the fares for travel. Just 200 rupees in a taxi to the airport which they arrange if you ask them. Great Jagat Hotel as a transit stop to the bagdogra airport which is just 4 kms from the Jagat Hotel.

Great location, 10 mins from airport. Neat and clean room with all amenities. Tea maker will be helpful. Great food and quick service when ordered. Perfect stay if one wants a night's rest before or after the hills trip.

Good thing about this property is, it is very close to airport. The room has all the amenities needed. There is also restaurant maintained by same Jagat Hotel staff where you can order food from.

to go bagdogra airport I always prefer this Jagat Hotel. as the location of the Jagat Hotel is very good and the texi service of the Jagat Hotel to reach the airport is timely

Convenient location near vicinity of bagdogra airport. Staff were courteous and were prompt in service. Good service and overall enjoyed stay.
