Jageshwar Jungle Lodge

It was planned and booked at the last moment for our trip to Jageshwar, the overall ambience of Van Serai was up to our expectations... Decent rooms with proper facilities except TV... For kids breakfast on offer was homely kind and good in taste, staff was courteous and attended to us promptly... Overall a perfect place to stay for a Night or two, if you are primarily visiting Jageshwar... A little away from the hustle and bustle of Temple surroundings... Limited Mobile Connectivity too.

Jageshwar resort was located in the amidst of the jungle. You will have to trek for 35-40 minutes from the road to reach the resort. The view is good with river flowing near by. The caretakers are good and helpful too. The music of the flowing river and the peace is soothing. It's located near the Jageshwar dham temple. It's good and must be visited. The food served at the resort was simple and good.

Not a kind of commercial Jageshwar Jungle Lodge but a sort of home. Very basic but an extraordinary experience. Trekking for 2 km inside the jungle besides a small stream. Puran the care taker was very generous, helpful and super nice cook. Do not forget to carry a torch, towel and all your basic amenities.

Resort is nice. Food is simple and healthy. Staff is like family. Fresh air, calmness, my family enjoyed the stay. Something we missed like TV, Wi-Fi, parking, any way resort is super. One should go there at least a time, to see the architect idea of owner.

Beautiful location amidst deodar trees. Walking distance from Jageshwar dham, easy walk in the day but a little isolated location in the night. Staff is courteous, helpful and very cooperative. Food was very good and the staff inquired before reaching venue for the meals required. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The Jageshwar Jungle Lodge did not provide accommodation for the driver for which we had to shell out extra Rs. 500/night. Though food preparation was good but the variety was limited to bhindi and baingans. And they were full of excuses for the same.

An excellent resort, deep inside the forest and in the lap of mother nature. Great hospitality and service. Many thanks to caretakers Pooran and Manoj they entertained all our requests and never said no to anything that we asked.

Location was excellent. Nice place, Location was excellent but was difficult for my parents as you have steps to climb- big ones. Manager and staff were courteous. Amidst thick deodar forest and beside a stream makes the stay better. Away from crowd.
