Major points to consider: pros 1. The room (comfort category) is ideal for a small size family (3 members, 2 adults + 1 child. Even three adults can accommodate, i think. 2. I found the room tariff (rs. 1. 8k) reasonable with the given facilities. 3. You get a spacious, neat & clean bathroom, quality toiletaries, coffee-kit, electric water heater, hygeinic glasses and coffee cups, towels, & bathroom slipper. I liked the bathroom fittings and wood-works very much. 4. The check-in and check-out process was simple & hassle-free. 5. The location was easy to find; with easy access to the important shops, malls, and eateries on the mall road. Cons 1. We did not get a mountain view room (it did not much bother us though. Do think before booking if you are specifically interested in a mountain view room. 2. There is hardly any means to dry your clothes within the room since it does not have a balcony. I am overall happy, rate it 9. 5 out of 10 and would like to book it again for a short duration stay.

From location to hospitality to value for money, this JAGJEET YUMA topped it all. Hospitality is one thing that it often just said as a word but staff of this JAGJEET YUMA especially the manager mr. Sunil made us experience that to the fullest. The market closes early there and us being a pure vegetarian family, had dearth of veg options. Even the restaurant of this JAGJEET YUMA had a common kitchen for both veg and non-veg and they don’t allow food from outside but the staff and manager understood our concern and allowed us to bring food from outside and even provided us with their cutlery. Apart from this, rooms and bathrooms were clean, gyser was working fine and view from the room was also quite good.

Hotel is very near to dhar station. 2-3 mins walking. Also excellent access for people who can't walk that far also. Car is available at the JAGJEET YUMA gate as laden la road is adjacent to the JAGJEET YUMA. Walking to the mal is also easy. Rooms with kanchanjanga view are there. Basic amenities are available. Lift not there. Car parking not available but multilevel car parking is nearby or road parking available.

The JAGJEET YUMA is cozy, safe for a family with all the facilities along with good food. It is at walkable distance to mall road with lot of shopping around. Highly recommendable! had really a very good experience at the JAGJEET YUMA premises.

It's a nice place to stay, good and polite staff, and clean rooms. The location of the JAGJEET YUMA is quite near to the mall road. Excellent view of kanchenjunga from some of the rooms.

Room and all are okay. Location is also good, 2-3 minutes from Darjeeling Railway Station.

Overall experience was too good. Had a 2 nights stay with family. I would recommend this to everyone.

This JAGJEET YUMA is near the station as well as walking distance from the mall road. The staff's behaviour is excellent.

Good property to stay

Comfort room. Location is also very good. The staff are polite and helpful. Food quality is good but a bit overpriced. We experienced a very pleasant stay here.
