JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN

The JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN condition is good. The service is really good as when I checked in there was a power cut going on. However, they provided me with a bucket of hot water when asked for. The manager at the reception was very cordial and helpful. He suggested me a restaurant for Momos and other types of cuisine which was indeed great. Also, they helped me hire a cab to Kurseong at a very early morning. They have a restaurant but despite that encourage tourists to taste local cuisine at the local restaurants. Most impressive of the services was that they took the responsibility to charge my cell phone at the reception (as there was a power cut) and delivered it back to my room when fully charged. Points of improvements are only that their toilet fittings need a bit of improvement (although they are very clean). Otherwise fantastic stay and don't forget the attic rooms...they are really superb in decor and you can see the entire Darjeeling town along with Mt. Kanchendezunga right from your room.

We visited there in April 17 only, room was superfine at the given price, walking distance from Chowrasta and Mall Market, taxi stand. I would suggest not order food inside JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN as they offer worse quantity and quality of food. Overall Hotel is good for Stay only. There was an issue regarding booking confirmation between MMT and Hotel, as in our case MMT has confirmed our booking with the Hotel but when we reached there we have been told by the JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHANier that your booking had been canceled by them due to price disparity with MMT but no such information was given to us, however later on JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN manager have agreed to provide us accommodation. MMT should insure price offered or any other issue at the time of booking confirmation with the JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN otherwise it creates problem.

Location is 700m from mall not too far. Food quality is good but some of the food items are overpriced such as plain tawa roti is rs. 40 or breakfast items are also overpriced. Overall JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN is well maintained, rooms are spacious. I stayed in luxury mountain view rooms which is very spacious and have full kanchenjunga view. I enjoyed staying at this room.

The property is good and their luxury room have mountain view, if you are visiting during winter of jan/feb it is too much cold. The room size is good enough and though the heater takes time to heat as the room is very big. They do not have lift and have stair case. So in case anyone have knee problem then better not to opt for it.

This is my second time staying at jagjeet's JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN pradhan. It was really up to the mark. The rooms are cozy. There is an excellent view of mount kanchenjunga from the balcony. The food is delicious. The location is superb. And all at a very reasonable price. Will come back again.

This was a wonderful experience to stay at Hotel Pradhan. Located at walking distance from main market.The rooms are very well maintained and the view from window are amazing. Front view of Hotel is not very Captivating. But, inside its luxurious.

Room s are very decent. Size of this room is very large. Hotel staff and manager 's behaviour is very good. This is very old JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN of Darjeeling but rooms are nice decorate, neat and clean. Only 20mins walking distance from mall

I got very good response from the JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN staffs and the manager. It is cheaper to get the tickets booked from Make My Trip and I will always book my ticket through them.

Location is bit far from mall road but walkable and peaceful. Very neat and clean, hygienic and safe environment.

The rooms were clean, the view from the room was great. The location is well within reach from the famous darjeeling mall road. Budget friendly rates.
