The overall experience is good. Net and clean room. People are helpful and cooperative. Good for a 2-3 day stay.

Hotel is OK OK not worth No towels . No cutleries .. other than the bed you dont expect anything. hotel was just average..no room service, communication problems.

Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Located at a convenient location near cm c vellore. Room was good and clean hygienic. Housekeeping arrangement was proper. Reception staff very cooperative. Overall good place to stay. Wish food arrangement could also be there. Eating places are available nearby.

Hospitality is nice. Rooms are near n clean.

Closer to cm c hospital and on main road. Except for this, there is not even a single reason to stay in it. Room was full of cockroaches, improper cleaning in bathroom. There was not even water in the room and guests are expected to drink from a common place. Better to avoid this.

Worst stay. Beds also worst. Washrooms are also horrible.

First of all reception desk was not accepting mm t booking. Need to address with the property. Bathroom in worse condition, water licking from wash basin and from main tap,

Good clean room. But no soap in the bathroom (luckily i had brought mine. Close to cmc. It has no restaurant but arranges food if asked. However, lots of small restaurants/dhaba nearby around cmc.

Very poorly organised system for room booking. Even after online booking made so much of waiting. Lot of mosquitos, no towel, no toiletries, toilet seats, hand sanitiser etc, 12 to 12 timing issues

Location is approximate 500 meters from the CMC Hospital Vellore.

Hotel is good and clean. They are taking care of cleanliness and occupants. Food is not available but they are managing it anyway.

I came for conference in CMC and the location was very helpful for my work. Hotel also good with clean room. For 1 or 2 days work it's a better option.

This is the best place to stay in Vellore. Rooms are very neat washrooms are cleaned everyday bed sheets are changed everyday. Ambience is I love the most surrounded by temples and bit greenery. Hotel management is truly courteous and very helping. Thank you very much.

Good location and cleaning services. Slightly costly. No food services. Since it was my first booking, got MMT discount. The receptionist keep on changing and one told me to contact MMT customer care since the hotel didn't get money. That was an awkward situation.

As I didn't get into any other hotel .. I was stuck ed with this one. This hotel wasn't bad but I didn't get A. C room due to which it wasn't a hapoy atay for me. The rooms were big and were neat. I would try to book A. C room next time and will prefer to stay here. Opposite of the hotel, there is a nice south indian restaurant.

You have to walk a narrow lane about 5 ft wide and 100 ft long to get the reception area. There are bamboo shoots on both sides of the entrance. These are not painted up to the mark. The staff who picked my luggage bag from the taxi to the main reception was shabbily dressed and not even wearing shoes etc. The cost per room on the tariff chart was 800 Rs for Non AC but through Make My Trip I was charged about 1000 per day. They charged me Rs 300 extra which I paid cash for AC room charges per day. There is no provision for breakfast or tea and they bring to the room from a restaurant opposite the road, located on the first floor. The towels given for bathing ware of very poor quality and hardly had any towel material. No toothpaste was provided. Only one soap and towel. When I asked them to arrange for a taxi from Vellore to Chennai they quoted Rs 2300 but I came back booking a taxi through Taxi Drop. In for Rs 1800 only. I was surprised to see a web camera installed in the bathroom above the mirror. First I thought it was a light but after I put on all the switches there was no light. I have a photograph of the webcam and I strongly feel it should be removed from the bathroom if it is a webcam and connected to their cctv network which is installed on the ground floor. The receptionist was courteous and wanted to create a good impression of the hotel but the hotel lacked professional management and improvements here and there could make a difference. Even the cleaners of the room and bathroom were very shabbily dressed and did not wear even sandals, leave alone shoes. But considering the price of Rs 1300 a day with AC, I said maybe this is what service they thought they could give but certainly it could have been improved with probably no extra cost to us. The hotel basically lacked any professional management and the cctv camera in the bathroom if it is so is highly objectionable.
