Jai Hotel and Restaurant

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. The property is really good at a scenic location with 360 degree view from the terrace. The rooms are quite spacious, with balcony wherein you can relax and unwind yourself. Food is sumptuous with courteous and smiling staff. The reception desk manager of the property mr ritesh is quite helpful and seems a person who lead from front. The chef of the property has to rush for some emergency, mr ritesh took the charge, aligned his limited availabike resources and cooked the delicious food by himself. Full marks to him and his team. Must visit property from all aspects.

Weather was amazing in palampur and dharamshala. It is near main road and easily accessible. We liked how big our rooms were! friendly staff and view is awesome from the room.

Our experience was very blissful as the Jai Hotel and Restaurant is at a lovely location. Rooms are big and service is fast. You can see mountains from the room and it’s absolutely beautiful. Food is to die for! we loved all our meals.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Staff was so friendly and the best thing is the location of the Jai Hotel and Restaurant with the backdrop of snow capped mountains and green meadows. If coming to palampur, this should be your go to Jai Hotel and Restaurant. Also well located on the way to dharamshala.
