Restaurant is situated inside the Jai Malhar Residency LLP itself & indian food dishes are absolutely mouth-watering. 2. Food is prepared fresh n served hot, so takes bit of time but worth the wait. 3. Front desk executives & housekeeping staffs are all very proactive & helpful in addressing any requests or requirements. 4. Room service is good. 5. There is parking provided in front of the Jai Malhar Residency LLP with guards around the clock. Cons: 1. This Jai Malhar Residency LLP is right now under lot of renovation, so construction sound is there to bear throughout the day till night 2. As this Jai Malhar Residency LLP is situated on the mumbai -goa highway & check in is around the clock, guests can check in at any odd time of the night, making too much disturbance for other guests in the Jai Malhar Residency LLP & management needs to take bit of effort to streamline the same for the comfort of other guests already sleeping. This happened repeatedly on all the 4 nights that we stayed there. 3. Don't try any chinese menu, as not much upto the mark 4. Even though breakfast is complimentary, don't expect any lavish variety, except poha being served with tea coffee in the room but it is acceptable with the budget room charges for the double occupancy ac room. 5. As a big wine shop is soon going to be open inside the premises, adjacent to the Jai Malhar Residency LLP, not much sure on how much it would be viable for family to stay in the Jai Malhar Residency LLP, given the disturbance & chaos, the place would buzz with all the drunk customers. For now, we had a reasonable good & comfortable stay there, as it served our basic purposes of hygiene stay & good food with good hospitality.

The Jai Malhar Residency LLP room is good. We'll maintained. The food is excellent. Location is accessible. The management should not allow smoking within the premises for better environment. There is an intense smoking smell within the room areas and uncomfortable for family. Overall safety and security wise it's ok. Need to provide covered parking.

Best Jai Malhar Residency LLP to stay. Area is good. Food is excellent but little bit expensive than other Jai Malhar Residency LLPs. Parking facility excellent. The security guard is humble and helpful. Staff also humble. Overall best experience

Room was specious and very clean.and the food is really great . the restaurant food is really really delicious. you must visit this place .near to main road but still it's peaceful. love the stay highly recommend 👌
