Jai nivas is located right in the heart of the city so it’s very easy to commute and you get cabs and tuk tuks very easily. The Jai Niwas Garden Hotel staff is very sweet, they even packed our breakfast to carry when we said that we had an early morning flight which is literally the sweetest thing any Jai Niwas Garden Hotel could do. The rooms are pretty and very well thought out. It was a very good experience and i would recommend this Jai Niwas Garden Hotel to everyone.

Had an extremely pleasant stay at the property. The property is conveniently located, is lush green, the building feels like a palace. The staff is very courteous. The food is homely and good in taste. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and the bathrooms are clean and luxurious. The price isn’t too expensive as well. The Jai Niwas Garden Hotel is ina quiet area away from the jaipur’s traffic

I have been visiting this property for 7-8 years now. It used to be far better than it is right now. In my recent 2 visits, i had issues with the tv, telephone, stained sitters. Whoever manages this property right now is not more efficient than the one who used to handle it before. Breakfast is not widely spread but it's fresh and good and served with hygiene.

Very beautiful and neat and clean. Total value for money. Food is also nice and kinda home cooked. But, the quantity is not value for money. Basically have breakfast there and then eat out. But everything else is simply amazing.

Located in prime location, near to railway station. It was a very peaceful environment. Food was simple and homely and fairly priced but limited options. Canteen is small as per the no. Of rooms in Jai Niwas Garden Hotel.

This place gives a feel of home. The staff is very polite and the food reminds you of ghar ka khana. The location might be tricky to find in one go but once you are here to will love the place.
