Receptionist not polite to handle travellers. Room is not hygiene and clean.

Had a great stay for 2 days. Hav no expectations for the budget, but ended up satisfactory. Such a budget friendly stay in such prime location..

Courteous staff and Proxmity to Tambaram Railway station are plus points for this property.

Stayed in Hotel Jai Palace located in West Tambaram for 5days. The location is nice in the heart of City surrounded by restaurants, residential, temples, tea shops and fruits vendors etc. The amenities and staff are Good. Property location and facilities are ok

property i recommend for solo travelers for budget stay.old funitures may irritate .the hotel little inside .the staff behaviour is polite

Bathroom is very bad, but room is good maintained not worth for money, i paid 1890- but not worth it. 1200- is nominal price for that maintainance

Welcoming and decent staff, neat interior and maintaining room, located in prime location and easy access to bus stop and railway junction. Price is very low. Thank you. Its second time we are staying there.

The room was ok. In the bathroom there is an opening meant for exhaust fan, which is not installed. A lot of mosquitoes in the room. Couldn't sleep well due to mosquito bites.

Room was ok. There were maintenance issues. There was water leakage in the bathroom. Fan switch near the bed was not working. The air conditioner could not be turned off.

Cockroaches everywhere, old furniture with all over cockroaches, once you light off cockroaches on your bed. Bed quality not comfort, it's not hotel it's home and three rooms in house

The stay was were comfortable. Rooms were clean and good facilities as mentioned. One thing that can be improved is timely room service.

The bathroom very bad. Inside bathroom aircodition pipe fitted. And ac waste water outlet into bathroom. No waste bin provided. No mineral water glasses, no shelf. Fan working in full speed. Ac good

Very worst experience. Never book any hotels through make my trip. Very worst customer support and they take your money for check-in cancellation also.

It's a good stay. Property location is easy capture from our app. All service is good and neatly maintenance.
