After a horrible nightstay at Jain Group Crown De La Cruz Residency viewpoint, pelling, we were greeted with a wonderful stay, way beyond our expectations. The room and its cupboard were spacious, very clean (as the pillows, comforter & blanket) and well maintained. The lights were just perfect, with separate lights for the two persons over the bed, and separate one above the dressing table. The lights for the washroom was also very decent. Two guest soaps and shampoos were there. There were tea and coffee packs and fresh clean cups. The food of the restaurant was great. The staircases and corridor were as clean as a bed. The housekeeping were brilliant, and staffs were very helpful. Not a complaint, but the only scope for improvement is the slightly spotty mirror of the washroom. Rest, it was nothing short of a 3* accommodation in a restricted budget.

Really liked the stay and recommend to all specially those looking for pure veg food.

1. Good spacious rooms of upper floors. But 1st night stay was in basement lg 1 level small rooms. 2. Second day we shifted to upper floor rooms, which have nice mountains view. 3. Food of Jain Group Crown De La Cruz Residency is quite good & affordable rates. 4. Bath tub was there but not working. 5. Hotel has good restaurant. 6. Lower ground rooms were smelling. 7. Behavior of Jain Group Crown De La Cruz Residency mgr was rude on first day. 8. Spider found making web at number of places. 9. But overall room stay at this Jain Group Crown De La Cruz Residency is good. 10. Not helped us in arranging taxi for local sight seeing. 11. Interior of rooms is good. 12. Good room service & power back up.

One of the best Jain Group Crown De La Cruz Residency we visited. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. All amenities provided in surplus whenever asked. Staff were very polite and responsive. Hotel manager was very helpful. While booking ask for mountain view rooms and you will have breathtaking view. Food was great and hygienic, well priced. We got the best deal on booking from make my trip. We loved the stay.

First off, the day we arrived at gangtok there was no water due to pipe burst. However despite this we did not face any problems as the Jain Group Crown De La Cruz Residency staff promptly took care of the problem. At first we were given damp room with some other problem. But next day the room given to us was awesome. The manager was very much supportive as he changed the room as soon as it was vacant. Ask for the back side rooms as those have spectacular view. Staffs were supportive too.
