This JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING is near to darjeeling mall near about 200m walking distance. Things which i liked about it 1. Huge room, clean, queens sized bed, huge bathroom. 2. Smoking is prohibited inside the room but staffs didnt bother and told us to smoke with window open. 3. Restaurant closes at 9. 30 and the menu is full veg. The price is reasonable though. 4. We were 3 people and extra mattress was also provided. It costs us extra 1000 rs. 5. Hot water available from 6 am to 10 am and again 6pm to 10 pm. 6. Tea coffee sugar sachet, electric kettle provided in the JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING room. 7. The property price for mountain view room is per day but we got city view room in for 2 days. Which is a steal deal for us. But they didn’t gave any city view room rather wall view of the residence beside. But we cannot complain bcz we got this so cheap. Terrace is one floor up so we spent maximum time in the terrace. 8. View is lovely. 9. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall i liked the stay and no negative pointers.

The JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING authority was generous enough to take care of all the things we asked for. Nice behaviour from all the staffs and their cooperative nature made our stay all the more memorable. The rooms are super impressive with all the modern amenitis. We got a fabulous mountain view room. The great "kanchenjunga" is visible through the glass wall vividly, if the sky is clear. We were lucky to have a magnificent view that we will cherish for lifetime. If you like clean and compact JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELINGs that offer delicious food at their own restaurants, go for it.

Nice JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING, nice location, breakfast was good, restaurant staffs are very decent and helpful. Room service should be improved. They didn't provide any room slippers. Minimum 2 small complementary package drinking water bottle should be given to the guest per day.

nice room , nice location with parking.. got room heater on request.. food is available... pros - location is good, room service available, parking available, big room with all basic facilities like electric kettle, tea coffe, extra pillow, extra blanket available, room heater provided on request with rs 400 per night.. cons - only veg or vegan food is available in JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING. water not hot on th first day in th mixture in washroom. card was not accepted on JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING only upi payment or cash..

I am a solo traveller and i booked this JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING for 4n. Being a solo traveller the place was quite homely and safe. Service was excellent, so was the food quality and quantity. The people at the reception were so trustworthy and simple ar heart. They even gave me a free room upgradation which i loved. Would definitely visit the next time too. Oh yes it's very near to mall(no uphill. Yet it's in a quite place. There are small tea and grocery shops nearby. The landmark is bethany high school

1 stayed for two nights in JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING pink mountain. Checkin was hassle free. Rooms were average. View from room was good. Hot water supply was ok, except the second day evening, when even after calling reception, could avail hot water. Food quality from restaurant was good. During checkout, it was raining heavily. The JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING staff didn't help us to carry the luggage and get into our booked cab. Overall experience was fine.

If i say about the employees they are very well behaved. They cleaned up room every day. Actually this was our anniversary trip and they decorated the room nicely within very short time. If i go next time i will choose to stay in this JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING.

Location is good-vehicle stops in front of the door. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk is superb. Food is little bit costly but yummy. Cleanliness is up to the mark. There is no dedicated travel desk but the front desk can arrange everything. Mall is 10 min walking distance. For family at this rate the JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING is strongly recommended. Outside food is allowed. Staff are gentle and polite.

It's a great place to stay in darjeeling. It is situated on gandhi road with all amenities nearby. Room service, food and hospitality were superb!

Stayed here for 3days and it was a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean. House keeping was great. View of the valley and the city was great.

Very well maintained JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING. Location is also good. 8 mins walk from darjeeling mal. The staffs and manager was very hospitable. We requested for a mountain view room and they looked into it and managed us one. Got the early morning view of kanchanjunga from our room and it was beautiful. Very happy with the stay.
