I stayed in this Jain Group Hotel Potala for 4 nights with family and overall experience was good. Pros- excellent location just 150 meter away from mg road(heart of gangtok. Room service was very quick, tv was working with good number of channels. Staff behaviour was excellent. They were very helpful. Cold and hot water was available throughout 24 hours. Room and bedding was clean. Food was also good at reasonable price. Cons - tea/coffee making hot cattle was not available in room. Hot water was not available in washbasin. Tea was served in room in normal cattle because of which it gets cold very quickly. Tea should be served in hot cattle in room. Water jug is also half open. It should be completely covered to avoid any contamination. I reminded Jain Group Hotel Potala manager (prashant) number of times before the check-in date but when i checked-in, phone and tv was not working. They were fixed after my check-in.

Room is very good with balcony view of gangtok city and hills and amenities is good like room service, you can only tea and water in rooms and foods only allowed to eat in Jain Group Hotel Potala restaurant and lift is not available in this Jain Group Hotel Potala only stairs available to reach the rooms and Jain Group Hotel Potala is very near to m. G. Market and taxi stand and very prime location Jain Group Hotel Potala and food quality is good and maintain hiygien and staff behaviour is very polite and good and supportive. Overall we recommended this Jain Group Hotel Potala for budget stay in prime location also safe stay and good food and good service. Best Jain Group Hotel Potala in budget price.

Hotel is budget friendly . It was almost nice stay at Jain Group Hotel Potala for two days and the Jain Group Hotel Potala is at the best location …Near mg marg and close to Local taxi stand . But the thing is rooms are bit small in size and if you are vegetarian then only u can avail the food items , otherwise u should go outside for lunch /dinner. The staffs are quite good in behaviour and we found very good hospitality. You can book Jain Group Hotel Potala without any hesitation.

I recently stayed at this Jain Group Hotel Potala and found the experience to be mixed. The location is superb, placing you in the heart of the city. However, there is no lift, which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant was disappointing, failing to meet expectations. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the views from the rooms were lackluster. Overall, while the location and staff are commendable, improvements are needed in other areas.

The Jain Group Hotel Potala stay was good and the management and reception is good, but the rooms could use some frequent cleaning as some rooms are dirty and i've not gotten the tv for my room, tap water pressure was very less but hit hater was available so that's a plus. There's lunch and breakfast available, not sure about dinner, also the reception can help you with connecting to the taxi drivers and tour dealers to explore local sightseeing, east and north sikkim too

It's a very good Jain Group Hotel Potala to stay with family. We stayed there for 3 nights. Price is very low price as compared to the super deluxe rooms. location is good, 3 mins walking distance from mg marg. Food is very homely & pure with reasonable price. Mr prabhat the manager is very humble and helpful. I suggest anyone going to gangtok & looking for budget Jain Group Hotel Potala with good amenities Jain Group Hotel Potala potala will be perfect.

Though i booked Jain Group Hotel Potala potala on tibet road of gangtok for one night, but their hospitality was very good, and i paid only 719- for one night which was very cheap according to the market rate. The room was nice and good, as it is a jain Jain Group Hotel Potala so they serve only veg food, but quantity and quality of the food was fabulous, and very reasonable price. I would recommend this Jain Group Hotel Potala for everyone.

Hotel was good and located near walking distance of mg market. Further, service was even great and staff was courteous and very honest. Manager mr pravat was extremely helpful and respectful. He also guided about the local sight seeing. Also, food was pure veg and good in taste. Overall, i had a great experience and would recommend the Jain Group Hotel Potala as the tariff were reasonable and service was great.

Hotel's sari arrangement was very good, as well as very well received, the food arrangement was also very good, first of all, the arrangement of the staff there was very nice.

We stayed there for 3 days , rooms where clean and good in condition. The food was very good and mainly its vegetarian restaurant only. Everything was perfect.

Near to mg marg and all are very helpful and arrange the reqire car service as per our need

Service is excellent and staff are well mannered. All the facilities are provided and it's near to the mg market.

The room was nice but hot cattle was not provided and in breakfasts limited vegetables were served and demanded extra cost if required much vegetables.

It was a great experience to stay at jain Jain Group Hotel Potala. Staff was so cooperative, food was awesome especially it was vegetarian, rooms were quite clean and neat. Recommend to stay at their property.
