Though i booked Jain Group Hotel Potala potala on tibet road of gangtok for one night, but their hospitality was very good, and i paid only 719- for one night which was very cheap according to the market rate. The room was nice and good, as it is a jain Jain Group Hotel Potala so they serve only veg food, but quantity and quality of the food was fabulous, and very reasonable price. Hotel was good and located near walking distance of mg market. Further, service was even great and staff was courteous and very honest. Manager mr pravat was extremely helpful and respectful. He also guided about the local sight seeing. Also, food was pure veg and good in taste. The premises is good. All the employees are good. Food is average. Their cleaning is very good. They keep their Jain Group Hotel Potala in real neat and clean condition. The bathroom is also good. Only thing is that they don't have any mountain view.
