Terrible Stay

road was almost closed dues to heavy rain. I was cautioned not to visit lachung. finaly road was closed and vehicle fall in 1000 ft george 10 person died. I requested to give me room to their alternate hotel be if Darjeeling or pelling, but they denied. but I was lucky I didn't travel.

Good comfortable stay and-delicious food

Lachung is really a beautiful place. The one thing which makes this place memorable was the hotel we stayed in. It was good hotel, which served us some good maharashtrain food despite in upper part of north sikkim. They gave us hot water. The only problem was rooms were small but they sure were clean. And the wifi was not working. No lift for elderly. Apart from that the view from the balcony and windows of the upper floors was so breath ta-kingly beautiful.

Good location and good food value for money hotel management told that they gave riverside view but there was no actual view for river they also couldn't give proper guidance regarding the locations nearby overall it was an average experience and there was also cleanliness

There was a light issue also food is very poor quality. We reached at hotel in the evening found nothing in the bathroom even mug and balti. Whole night there was no electricity. They were used the generator for aprox 2-3 hrs but in the morning again same issue of electricity.

Excellent hospitality, good food. They also offered us heater and electric matress for an extra cost that was reasonable. I was given a choice to pick rooms. The food was great and i recommend trying fruit cocktail here. Ok.
