Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa

We booked a Royal executive room for 2 days. The room was very small and the windows were next to some other property so we couldn't even open the curtains for ventilation. So we asked the Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa authorities regarding it but they said that there are no rooms available so we'll have to manage in that room for one night. Since the room was not at par with our expectations so it made us feel little low. Next day we were shifted to other room which was comparatively much better than the previous one. It had a balcony too what we had booked for so it made us feel better. They didn't have much variety for breakfast buffet. But the food was ok. On the whole the stay was satisfactory and they also apologized for inconvenience caused.

Had a short 1 night stay at the Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa, but it was beyond any reproach. Very clean rooms, washroom and towels. Plus great food and a very helpful staff. It's a good Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa definitely worth recommending. Still would mention couple of issues. 1 location on google maps isn't accurate. They should fix that, makes it hard to find the Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa. 2 the main path leading to Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa has massive road construction ongoing. Which means u need to take to take another. Fortunately an early warning from staff made sure this wasn't a huge issue, but still it makes the location of Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa temporarily a bit inconvenient.

I had a room with a balcony, the view was very nice and so was the room. Comfortable stay with very helpful people at the reception especially Vandana who is extremely helpful. The only issue and quite an issue which brought me to a point of irritation is the restaurant staff who call you for breakfast, lunch and dinner and ask you if you would like to order, I repeatedly told them not to keep calling and I will order when I want to I don't need to be reminded but they pay no heed to what you say because the calls don't stop. The food from the restaurant is edible. The terrace has a beautiful view.

Helpful staff but poor location ... Bad wifi .. they didn't bother to get the WiFi fixed even upon complaining about it.
Location of this Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa is biggest complaint i have .... Its located far off near tamang gumpa on palzor stadium road ... There is no restaurant nearby .. this is especially required because this Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa is pure veg ... Also, WiFi is a big problem .. remains unusable for most of the time ... You need a good WiFi in Gangtok because Airtel 4g is very weak there..

I Am travelling in Gangtok for the first time I liked the Jain Group of Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spas and I Am even planning to travel Around Darjeeling too. So I thought to book Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spas in Jain Group of Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spas and now I Am living in Gangtok Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa right now. I liked this Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa and the room. The only thing which was not satisfying was the breakfast and the self system.

Great view from the room(403). Very Spacious and well maintained. Victorian design. Loved it so much, extended my stay here. Staff was polite. Location was quiet and besides a Tibetan temple. Food was above average. Location is a bit off from MG road. But you get shared cabs with ease. Must recommend

Hotel location is very far from the mg mark which tourist will go upstream and no local taxi available easily. Hotel hygiene is good. Food quality is not per standard. Lots of item are not available from the menu, we order something and get something else on asking they said this js available as there are many guest. We stays in jain group of Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spas in darjeeling which is far better in location and food wise

Location of Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa is bit far away from MG Road but frequent taxi service is available. I booked for my Gangtok trip though MakeMyTrip at a very reasonable rate. Staff here is very cooperative, room service very prompt and nice and tasty food although bit limited options. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Thanks to front office staff for accommodating our booked itinerary with respect to our changed plan.

Nice Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa to stay with family. Stuffs are very nice and friendly. Room are clean. Elevator is available. Hill view from only few room. This Jain Group Royal Orchid & Spa is pure vegetarian. You will not get non-veg menu in their restaurant.

Amazing location and beautiful view with open terrace and a huge room to stay

Overall good experience. Location also good. You can have a good view of Ganhtok hill area. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff are also very co-operative.

Room number 303 and 403 are the best with balcony. Others don't have one. Overall a good stay with very polite staff. Food is pure vegetarian and good as well. Worth the stay if you get any of these rooms. Otherwise a alternative can be looked for as Gangtok has lot of options unlike other places like pelling.

It was a great stay over there, staff members are very cooperative and dining staff are so decent and cooperative. The morning view from room is so soothing that it will rejuvenate the mind and soul.
