Hotel is at very good location, just 10 mins walking distance from mall road. We could see kanchenjunga from Jain Group Sikkim Continental (5 min walk to m.g marg) room(uploaded pic. Hotel manager and all staff are very co-operative and polite. We booked cab services for entire tour from Jain Group Sikkim Continental (5 min walk to m.g marg) itself and it was very good experience. Our cab driver mr. Julius gurung was very polite, flexible and co-operative. Food was good but can be a little better. My babies stomach was upset and they were kind enough to prepare food as requested. So very good experience and i would recommend it for everyone who wants to have a safe and nice experience at nominal cost.
Very clean and hygienic. Rooms and lobbies were sanitized properly.

Room service boy ramesh is very good and polite he is giving excellent service. Overall experience was excellent. Location is nice as it's 7 minutes walk from MG Marg. Rooms are fine and clean. The view was pretty good. Mountains with mist was a great experience. The service quality could be better. I felt managers there, were kind of laid back and staff also picked up same behavior. In restaurant you can find staff on their mobile all the time and they will forget to take order. Overall a decent place to stay in Gangtok. We stayed there twice. Two nights before moving to Lachung and a night post Lachung.

Safety issue was with the tv, it was opened wire so out of 10 i will give 4 to safety standards otherwise the stay was beautiful. Waking up with a scenic view was the best part.

The Jain Group Sikkim Continental (5 min walk to m.g marg) was quite exactly how we saw it in the mmt page. It's an all veg restaurant, 5mins downhill from mg marg. They have excellent services and food. The staff are extremely professional and very accommodating. Our experience at sikkim continental has surpassed our expectations. A good place for family travels. Excellent food. And convenient in commuting

Guests can also go to the terrace if they want. Room rent is also affordable compared to facilities. Mg marg is also near from the Jain Group Sikkim Continental (5 min walk to m.g marg). 2

The room given was large in size, with large bathroom. We had mountain view room n it was excellent. Staff is supportive, specially rogin and mr parishkar. Location is near m. G. Marg with private taxi available on road for local. Pure veg restaurant with jain food available.

The location is quite awesome to have a good time as well as the food were delicious. But the only problem was the room service. We need to call them again and again for giving drinking water or tea/coffee stuffs.
