Super pathetic experience. No hot water, no window, no electricity, messy room, no room service, no drinking water, smelly blanket, broken flush and a lot more to sat to elaborate but i dont have enough time

Good budget hotel

Good budget hotel to stay. Rooms are good and spacioud but location is average but not more distance from market area. Food also good. Room service is also good. Overall best budget hotel at cheap prices.

Nice hotel, good behavior of staff also the food. Bathrooms was very clean. Food was good and tasty. Location is center in the bazaar of Pachmarhi. Location is good for evening walk. So, if you want a decent stay at cheap rates choose Jain Hotel. Staff was very supportive and helpful.

Hotel is ok but some time the service is very bad from hotel faculty. So much disturbance, hotel staff not friendly but the location is good at market place near bus stand. Cleanliness is good.

Nice stay at good hotel

Very good hotel for cheap rates. The rooms were clean and condition was really good. Although, the service was not up to mark, laundry, toiletries were not sufficiently provided. Restaurant food was decent. So, if you want a decent stay at cheap rates choose Jain Hotel.

The room no. 204 is the best room in the hotel and all other rooms are good too. Newly built or renovated structure. However the service is average. The food serve in the restaurant is below average, which is need to improve.

Location is good. But cleanliness is not good. Food and other hospitality is good. We recommended other person for stay in Jain hotel. Market and ATM is near by hotel and other shops and hotel are also near by Jain hotel. Jata Shankar temple is 1 km from Jain hotel. Temple is so much beautiful and very much peace is there.

Manager of hotel is very rude and ill mannered

On the last day after checkout when we returned from our last day trips.. We needed a single room just for 10 to 15 mins just for changing our clothes and to get fresh as we had our train on the same day in evening. We asked to manager thrice but he said that no room is vacant. But we need it very strictly then my husband went to see if any room was there which was free luckily he got that one he asked to servant to use it for 10 mins only she said it's fine... After that when we had changed our clothes.. Manager came from outside and began to scold us.. He literally fought with us.. On the last day he spoiled our moods.

I have booked Jain hotel from MMT, the hotel is in main market. Hotel location is good but in parchment most of hotels not having their own parking. If you are going with your car, you have to search parking spot. I have tasted 4 hotels for food, the best food quality, taste & quantity is in Jain Hotel. Hotel service is average, they has to improve.

Lack of customer services

We have booked the air conditioned room. But hotel has not provided the said room stating that said room were been allotted to others for the reasons best known to them. It seems that hotel management were not serious about the service suppose to be provided to the paid customer. They may make them understand accordingly.

Pure veg hotel with cooperative staff

The hotel is in marketplace. Jain Hotel by name you can guess its Pure Veg, we like the food. The hotel staff is cooperative. The hotel room we see on internet are as it is in actual. I like most of the rooms specially with circular beds and steps to it.
