Pros - Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful - Food quality was good - Presence of a pet Husky dog added a pleasant touch Cons - Ratings on felt misleading or biased compared to actual experience - Hospitality standards were poor despite polite staff - Building was very old and under repair, causing constant construction noise (even at night, despite complaints) - Extra charges for heaters - Thin walls and poorly sealed windows let in cold wind - Washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to drainage issues - Hot water supply was delayed - Broken almirah cabinet, unusable for storing luggage - Bedsheets and covers were smelly - Overall stay led to health issues (cold, fever, cough, tonsillitis),

Budget Friendly Hotel. Food Taste Excellent. Rooms are Small but good for stay, Bathroom was cleaned and Bed Mattress are good for sleep. if you are staying here make sure you ask to Hotel receptionist to Book Taxi to visiting places they will book at lesser rate if you book at your own you may be charged high price. Staff response was good. I expect they will provide facility of lift in future. All over experience was Good.

From the moment I made the booking, I received multiple calls — first from the owner and then from the night in-charge — to confirm details and seemingly ensure a smooth stay. And truth be told, everything seemed promising at first. We checked in quite late, precisely at 11:38 PM, and appreciated that everything was in order when we arrived. We specifically chose this property because they advertised a complimentary late checkout option. That flexibility was essential for us, as we planned our weekday itinerary accordingly — aiming to visit Jakhu Temple early and spend a bit of time on Mall Road before heading back, ideally within two hours past the standard checkout time. But here's where the experience began to unravel. When we politely requested a modest 2-hour extension, we were flatly told by the receptionist that all rooms were booked and no extension could be accommodated. No willingness to check or even acknowledge our late check-in. No understanding. Just a robotic "No." It was frustrating, to say the least. Looking around, it was pretty obvious that no other guests were checking in, no vehicles were arriving, and there was zero visible urgency to clear the room. It really felt like they could have helped but simply chose not to. Sometimes, a little bit of humanity goes further than sticking rigidly to rules. After all, guests remember the kindness, not the policies. We weren't asking for much — just a small gesture of goodwill to complement what was otherwise a decently handled check-in. Instead, we were met with cold inflexibility, making us feel like just another transaction instead of valued guests. To the management: Next time, try to consider the context, not just the clock.

First of all the photos provided on make my trip is misleading. The rooftop area is not common for all , we were denied to access the rooftop as it was coming with rooftop room booking only. Now the room which we got on the day of arrival was smelling like Shit. The bathroom was continuously giving bad smell. Upon multiple followups finally our room got changed. Coming to the food - It was the worst food in whole of "HIMACHAL PRADESH" , they don't know how to make any curry dish. My wife starter vomiting after having the "Pahari Chicken". No action was taken to improve the food quality. Our driver went to their kitchen and saw them tearing the sauce pouch using mouth and serving the momos like that. The whole place is like a small shithole on Jakhu mountain. Every time we order something they were forgetting one or two items amd upon calling them again then they would come and give that item. This was a complete waste of our money and the time we spent on this property.

The location was outstanding, the food as they said was absolutely fresh and well cooked for each and every item so I would suggest dal makhani, paneer makhani and chicken pahari a must try. Since we reached quite late and left early in the morning we couldn't explore much about the property but whatever we asked with a happy and smiling face we received it. In short a Royal Treatment. My family including my 2 year old son enjoyed it very much.

If you like nature this is good location, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Food is excellent and will be prepared as per you choice . Liked the greenery and peacefulness around and the area.

I booked the rooftop suite room.. It was super cozy and the staff was extremely helpful.. The owner Sudesh and Staff Vicky was very helpful in guiding and helping in arranging the cabs etc.

The hotel had nothing much to offer, but just the room, which too fell short of being spacious. Another positive thing about the stay was that its proximity to jakhu temple. However the staff were excellent and the food was good.
