Property is at a very beautiful location. The view from the room & balcony is very good. Soothing & relaxing. Food is ok considering the fact that its only north Indian cuisine as well as some of it Chinese. Taste is average considering the many options around the property. We were given a Jacuzzi room where the Jacuzzi in the balcony was not functioning , the light above the wash basin was missing, the TV did not have volume. In the night they did suggest us to move to another room which was a very late suggestion as we were checking out in the morning. Staff is very helpful & friendly.

Property is good but needs to be well maintained, Jacuzzi experience was good , spider webs all around in the balcony and empty pots as well in the room, view is fantastic , food was good

Location : Perfect view from the balcony. The property contact number updated on MMT is not working. Had to call customer care for an alternative number. They did not have it handy, they called back before checking to give me the details. Food : There were a lot of food items specified in the menu, however whatever I asked for was not available. Taste is average and reasonable. Day 1 when I ordered gulab jamun for deserts, after half an hour the jamuns were hard and I could not remove it from the bowl. Amenities : iron/board was not available. The bed cover was dirty and had stains on it. The curtains too had stains. The upper head of the room top had water patches and moss covered. Could not close the wooden cupboard due to dampness. Complementary water sports activity was not available due to rains. Disappointed because I booked the room as it had complementary water sports available. But no where in MMT does it specify that the water sports will not be available during rains. Services : Excellent. The staff was co-operative, helpful and down to earth.

A there is network issue for mobile phones intercom service should be provided.

amazing place, Kerala waters and Kashmir mountain experience in pune itself. staff is very polite. karaoke was awesome, swimming pool is very clean, hit water throughout the day, clean jacuzzi, clean beds and towels, complimentary coffee tea and milk sachets that are enough for a 2 day stay. included breakfast is very tasty

Great location. Bang on the Mula river so amazing view in the rains. Jacuzi rooms are great. Charges are equivalent of 5 star, but food and services are probably 2 star or below. Breakfast ordinary. (Drive 10 km further down and eat at Greengate Resort for quality food ). There is a garden and space to walk around. No indoor games/gym etc. Overall interaction with staff was below par (required three calls for every assistance).

I had booked room with jacuzi the room was clean but could have be much cleaner , dinner served was worst , breakfast was okey okey ?although the view from the room is amazing

Avoid this property. Let me start with whats good. I stayed at the Jacuzzi room and river View is good, jacuzzi was also nice, tandoori food items from menu are good. And thats all. There is a basic flaw in the construction ot these so called riverside structures. I was in jacuzzi1 and it seems loft area of jacuzzi1 and jacuzzi2 room is separated by wooden partition. So basically you can hear everything from adjacent room even the farts and burps. For us nightmare was when other guests from next room decided to play music and karaoke till 3am in the morning. We could sleep only after they finished at 3am. Their reception open is till 10pm and pamphlet in the room says scan QR code for any complaints. So we texted messages on whatsapp to property manager to which we never got any response till date. Not even an acknowledgement which means that business account is not monitored. We requested the other guest at 1 pm to reduce the volume which they did but how much thin wooden wall can prevent. Its was still felt like music and talking is happening in my room. Anyways, Their back walls were leaking water during rain right behind the bed so we had to keep towels to absorb the water. Also their curtains have so many stains that we were skeptical whether to touch them or not. They charge for these rooms but its definitely not worth it at this price.

Amenities were nothing. I rate the property 1/10 . My experience was not good at all. The staff were very good. But reaort n facilities were not okay. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

The resort is very well maintained with picture perfect premium rooms - Jacuzzi room is the highlight! Food and food service is good with Indian food options. We had breakfast included in stay which was also good to taste with options south indian and maharashtrian breakfast options. They also have good room service. The location of the resort is stunning – surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful and scenic escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views. Everything was spotless and designed with a blend of comfort and elegance.

Excellent Experience, Awesome place. Nature stay, quality food. Found this place on make my trip suggestion.

It was a fabulous stay. Property is well maintained. Very beautiful location. Food quality is also good. Value for money. Very much recommended.

Except for the lake view of the room everything else was poor. We were not provided towels, the food served was delayed by 1 hr and even it was not even well cooked. The checkin was also delayed by an hour

The place was awesome! Food, amenities and service was also nice and good. Staff was humble and professional.

You guys charged 15K for a property of 8k. Not at all satisfied infact furious that you have duped me. Will never propose anyone to use MMT for hotel/resort booking.

The stay at Jalsparsh river shack resort was amazing. The location is easily accessible. The place was very peaceful and relaxing by the river side. The service by the staff was very good. They were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this place for others to visit for getaway for relaxing vibes with nature.
