Jalandhar Shangrila Hotel

Very unclean, need to change all bedsheet and blanket, washroom also not clean, pictures are not real, property also in very poor shape

Poor hotel I have ever seen in my travel history. Dirty rooms with poor staff service and old furniture

old building, ops amenities,, sleepers not provided and food quality is average, bathroom jet not working

no water bottle or coffee/ tea available as complimentary . rooms were okay sort of nothing great. washrooms too had soaps only.

Dust everywhere and toilet seat comes on your back when you sit. Staff is not ready to listen and don’t even bother what you are saying. They only say hotel is full

The water was not available in the early morning and the management didn't even do anything about it since it was the early hour.

It's a very bad experience at this hotel. Room service and staff behaviour are not good. Never visit again

Hotel was nice but room was bit smaller, although location is in city centre convenient to travel around

Tv was not operational. I have to ask to get the ac to get activated. Washroom was not clean at all. Room was rusty. Room walls was covered with the paint. Never recommend to any of known in future.

The room had bad odour and bedsheet was not clean. They had no proper arrangements for lighting of the hotel and we spent one hour in darkness because they didn’t turn the generator on.

Most worst experience as compared to the price room was too much small and compact no room heating facility no electric cattle atmosphere around overall was really very bad

Every room was booked for them on third floor. What ever shown, nothing matched actually. Moreover, hotel booking room for - per night Terrible

Location average rooms are also in too small so i can adjust. Staff is good. No parking for cars.

Rooms are good, but the size is below average. Location is almost perfect. Food is good. Washrooms don't have jet sprays. But the room size will surely disappoint you.

1. Booked studio room and it’s very compact and was stinking badly. 2. Upgraded to executive room by paying additional 500 bucks and guess what it stinks too and ac kept leaking whole night. 3. Here comes the worst part ordered food from room service and spoiled food was served. I was staying with my parents who are 60+ and i wanted to give them a memorable experience and they have it now. Please try to avoid booking this property.

Very bad experience, i was given a room whose rooftop was leaking even when the walls were leaking with rain's water then the room became really smelly, no water in the room for drinking, over all it was a pathetic stay
