Stay arrangements were good except some demonstrations for covid-19 practices. How JALASHRAY RESORT is combating against covid-19, what different practices are being adopted by JALASHRAY RESORT. Hand sanitizer etc. Should also be given at the time of entry of the visitors.
While entering into JALASHRAY RESORT and in the room also, hand sanitizer was not found. Some demonstration could be a better practice. Audio- visual display could also be done. In the room, display about practice being adopted against covid-19 by JALASHRAY RESORT could also be done.

It is newly opened place in Nadiad. Very well managed. Humble staff, acceptably good food, good quantity. We had to checkout Around 12 in the noon because our train is late and in Nadiad there no good places to explore for 3-4 harsh and also it was raining out Side so we were unable to go anywhere even if we want to. In such conditions according to JALASHRAY RESORT policy of check out time was 11:00 in the morning but on request the management has allowed for late checkout without charging for it.

Stayed for 2 days, overall good stay. Cleanliness can be improved, we found hairs on cushions. Service can also be improved. Food is good, but some of the food items had strange after taste. Example - buttermilk. One of the customers was complaining about smell of garlic from cut fruit.

The rooms were well maintained and spacious. The food was great. The only negative thing i experienced was the parking lot. There were no lights and no proper instructions on where and how to exit the parking lot. The staff was polite and well mannered. Receptionist was really helpful.

Very good JALASHRAY RESORT to stay. Just 1. 5 kms from national highway. Food is tasty and reasonably priced, basement parking is safe and monitored. Recommended for families. Stayed here for 1 night while travel-ling to other destination. Location is good and service is remarkable.

The stay was quite good in comparison to the expectations. The staff was very hospitable and the food quality and taste of the restaurant was next to awesome. However the tea maker wasn't working which was quite an off was such premium service.

They are taking utmost safety precautions. They also have no touch hand sanitizer. So u can go there in this covid pandemic for relaxation. Food is extremely testy n hygiennic. Rooms are very large with descent furniture inside
