the caretaker tried hard to provide the services, however was unable to cope up with the rush of visitors since he was a one-way army. you have to literally ask for everything and be behind to get the things done. service needs to improve, and amenities should be provided as promised. good for people who need basic amenities. location is away from the city, peaceful.

The stay was comfortable and cozy as it is a home stay. Mr. Surendar jha is a caretaker of this property who was very kind and generous who looks after the home as if it is his own property. But as i had read some of the earlier reviews and seen a youtube video about the cook- sapna, i expected good food but couldn't get it as that cook is no longer working at this place so i had to order food from outside which was not my expectation. A traveler expects home like food when away from home and that was missing here. Moreover, the owner had not informed my booking and arrival to the caretaker so the rooms were not ready to check in when i reached the property. Also, i had paid almost rs. 3500 for 2 rooms and a single night as the property doesn't allow a single room for 3 occupants so one has to go for 2 rooms even for 3 occupants. Overall, it was my very first experience to stay in a home which was good but i would suggest that the owner should focus on service, food service, cleanliness and maintenance so as to attract more travelers.

Location, food quality, behaviour of care taker were very good. But basic needs like tv, drinking water, jug glasses must be in rooms otherwise rent is on the higher side.

Good location, clean property and all amenities are available. In house parking available a full kitchen is available in case one wants to cook a meal. Market area is in 1. 5kms range. Great stay. Recommended

We spent two nights at the place. Unfortunately, the cook was on leave during our stay. While the location was peaceful, obtaining food required hiring a rickshaw. Finding non-vegetarian options was challenging. The caretaker was helpful, although we had to request bathroom soap. Additionally, on the second day, there was a period of dry tap as the caretaker forgot to switch on the water pump.

It was a pleasant stay here and the caretaker mr. Jha was so nice. The location was good as everything was available nearby and baba dham temple was also nearby. Highly recommended

It was a pleasant experience to stay at jalsa homestay. Very neat and clean place to stay with good and homely environment. Hotel attendant was very polite and humble. At last through which i was impressed was home cooked food that i was served there. It was so tasty. Overall i enjoyed staying at jalsa homestay. Thank you.

Room was good with a clean toilet consisting of a working geyser. Ac was working too along with a ceiling fan. Drinking water was to be collected from a dispenser downstairs. Caretaker was soft-spoken and cooperative.

It was a fantastic experience the caretaker was awesome clean room, clean bathroom and a home made food i will recommend everyone to stay at least once in jalsa home stay
