I was checking a property which is walkable distance to main market. Also i was looking for a budget stay not a costly one. Service is very good and also staff behaviour is nice. Ample parking space and they also provide bike rentals. Overall i will recommend this place to family or solo traveller

Great experience very friendly and supportive staff

I was amazed to see the kind of help hotel staff was extending to us. Every one including Sajjad at reception, Sameer, and others helped a lot to us and made our journey easy. The rooms were clean and service was fab. Hotel is near main market and bikes shop on rent are hardly 50 meters away.

Poor Stay

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Wi-fi is not working, hot water is not available, electricity for 5-6 hours a day, room service is pathetic. Food is not upto mark, After booking room for 3rd day on hotel counter in advance on 1st day, they said that you have to vacate the room immediately, because your room got online booked by someone else, that too was very annoying. Staff is not co-operative. This hotel is not a value for money, don't book here. Many other better options are available on same location.

When we ask hot water for drinking, they say take it from bathroom. 90% of the time, no hot water and wifi.

Hotel location is best as market and all is near. At free time once you come back from sight view you can stroll around market and see local people life their.
It is one of best hotel to stay in Leh as market and restaurant is just walking distance. Hotel manager and all staff were from Jammmu, they are very good in hospitality and humble with guest.
