Janardan Resort Ooty

Concept of the campsite and location is awesome. But needs improvement in providing basic amenities such as tooth paste, brush, towel, soap, etc. Hot water is chargeable rs. 50/bucket which is bad to hear as ooty has colder weather conditions round the year, hot water should be the basic amenity to be provided at free of cost. No power supply from night 11o clock onwards. So not able to charge your mobile phones and gadgets. Better be prepared with power banks. Common toilets and bathrooms are very less in number, have to face a long q in the morning. Security part in the tent house is very weak. Zips provided in the tent are not working. Some holes were there on the tent cloth. All these amenities can be improved in mere future as these are my suggestions. Rest of the part like location is awesome, had a different experience in ooty this time.

I stayed for 2 days and ambience was excellent. I don't know why people are putting negative comments. Only thing i feel bad was no option for charging phone. Please carry power bank with you. In night they provide vegetable thaali 150 rs tea 30rs maggie 45 rs descent bathroom

Tent house. Beautiful location. Map will help you to reach the location. It's situated on top of a mountain which is surrounded by tea plantations. Food will be available for additional charges. Food quality was also good. Don't expect too much luxury stay/toilet facilities.

Nice place 20 minutes away from city centre. Tent stay was nice but we won't get a comfort like Janardan Resort Ootys. It was a different experience. As i already had dinner couldn't taste the food. Bathroom is not bad. Staff behaves well

It's best in low price, it's situated on top of the hills where it's totally green. Road was not good but I think it's now fine. If you want to book then do not expect any amenities or facility just stay only in a strong fixed tent camp.

We stayed here with my wife and in laws. Had a great time. The manager is very good natured. The only issue is with bathrooms. Visit if you are adventurous and want to stay close to nature.

Worst experience ever, where is your Janardan Resort Ooty? Man, Google maps even got failed in searching your location. Worst experience ever.Will never go for Janardan.

Resort location is remote, that's why we get mesmerizing scenery from tent. 100% privacy. Loved this place, resort is itself one of view point

It was a very good stay. Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable and the facilities were appreciable.

Great view, home like food, very basic amenities, no power in tents. Easy to reach by car or bike.

Please don't go after 7 pm and it's really dangerous and unsafe. There is no signboards and lights in all the way.

Kindly arrange electricity facility

Since it's a campsite, apart from the good views and ambience, not much of a facilities available, but it's alright.

Bonfire was not worth for the money. The place they arrange bonfire doesnt have place for people to sit

Its a good place to stay for couples.
