Hotel is newly commissioned. Room/wc fittings, beds/furniture/ curtaind are. Of high quality & excellently maintained. All staffs including front office & resturants are articulate & smart ly dressed who speak fluent english. Parking area for car/taxi in basement is. An asset, very helpful, shillong being a very small hill station having land costraint. Considering the high end facilities & per day room rent the deal is excellent. Suggesting the Janeira - A Boutique Hotel management to keep maintaining the high standard.

I had a wonderful stay at the Janeira - A Boutique Hotel. The room wa spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and i had a restful night sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles water and a section of teas. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained, with good supply of toiletries. Overall, i was very impressed with the room and would definitely recommend it to other guests.

Staying at janeira Janeira - A Boutique Hotel in shillong was an absolute delight! from the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured our every need was met throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding area!

Property is exactly same as shown in pictures infec more beautiful than that. Room and Janeira - A Boutique Hotel both are clean and tidy. Staff is very supportive. We stayed for one week and had very great experience. Even i was unwell so they provided turmeric milk to me as and when asked. I will be very thankful to staff and owner for making our experience great.

My 2nd visit to this lively n lovely place. The promoters made sure that i have a comfortable stay. The view from the room was just too good and the staff takes care if u with genuine smile (which is rare these days. All in all, i had good time and i will recommend fellow traveller's to visit this place if they plan to visit shillong. Regards

Hotel is very clean n the staff are very polite. Location is near market area but little away from centre. Last order for dinner is 7pm. Breakfast can be little improved. Parking available. Overall stay was very nice.

The stay is good. Rooms are very clean. Food and service is good. I stayed for 3 days. The water is an issue. It's hard water. They can do some thing about it

Everything was good just one feedback room does not have a ceiling fan instead it has a standing fan which can be a hassle especially during non winter season

Great stay. We stayed for a night and the rooms were very clean, hygienic and the property is very near to police bazaar.

We stayed the night of 23 may. Everything was very neat and clean. Morning breakfast on rooftop restaurant was excellent. We thank mr seam of the restaurant for great food and service.

The stay was comfortable, staff was very polite and food was homely. The rooms were spacious, neat n tidy.
