The staff is very humble and welcoming. The property is neat and well maintained and the room is very cosy.

No food was available during check-in as mentioned in amenities 24hour butlers service not available, restaurant was closed no spa was available it was like a 2* properties having lack of basic amenities. If you are talking in room it’s clearly

it was good and safe stay. we checked in in evening there was a party scheduled in the banquet hall at that time. but we didn't hear any noise or something in the night. Property was huge, clean and safe. The proximity to the airport is a definite plus for travelers in transit. However, it's worth noting that this peaceful seclusion comes at the cost of being a bit of a journey from key city attractions like triveni sangam, so plan your travel accordingly if sightseeing is a priority. The hotel's facade and garden spaces create an initial impression of a charming, well-maintained boutique hotel. The on-site restaurant, dalcheeni, is a convenient option, serving indian cuisine. My experience with the food was a blend of highs and lows. While some dishes were delicious and well-prepared, others seemed to lack the same quality and flavor. The meals for lunch and dinner were outstanding but there could be a wider spread for breakfast.

Dont book unless you do not get an accomodation. It is very far away from all the triveni sangam and local sight scenes. Moreover, its a banquet hall which has put its rooms for booking to make use of the opportunity of Mahakumbh. We booked a royal suite worth 32K, even then have to call multiple times, for hot water, cleanliness, dustbin, sleepers, and what not. Being a banquet hall, the main passage in the morning is always dirty and only managed during preparation of some celebration in the evening. The ambience always matters and the ugly entry passage gives you very disappointing impression at the very first note. Only positive part is that, food is very good at their restaurant but with a quite slow service.

Jaswant Vilas is located at approx 20 minutes drive from the airport. The external ambience is good and gardens which were in full bloom made it better. However the service and furnishings in the room were poor and the staff not well trained. Basics like hangers in the wardrobe were missing, smart TV not recharged and many more such issues. The rooms are overpriced and not worth more than Rs 4000 /- per night . Not a very pleasant experience.

Expensive beyond any expectations (rip off) average rooms should have cost max 6000 per day (check prices after 1 month) the rooms had stale smell and had to aired food was good staff not adequately trained make hay while the sun shines (kumbh mela)

We spent a whooping amount of money on this place and it was terrible, the rooms weren’t clean, the staff is not responsive for anything, worst stay, never going back again

The hotel is expensive, highly priced, the rate per night does not commensurate with the services and amenities it provides
