Java Rain Resort

I went for this trip along with my 13 months old daughter and wife . All the staff keep showering my daughter with so much love. An extremely polite and caring staff which makes one feel like at home. Pool side dinner with melodious songs, many surprise complimentary food ,drinks, buggy ride, Activity area and much more. Go once and you will end up going again and again .kudos to java rain resort team for giving us such a memorable experience Overall love this place and will definitely come back here soon . Here are best part: 1. Check-in- was very Smooth. it took less than 10 minutes to complete process even during the peak hours. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 12.15pm. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional. 2. The room was spacious wonderful and clean. Interior was very good and the bed was extremely comfortable.We booked Fika and woke up with sun rising from Mountain View.It was life time experience .Bathing in open bathroom is another great experience. 3. Restaurant Mira food served was incredibly good. They have ensured guests are very comfortable and taken care . Usha and Shahina and all staff doing incredible job . 4. The hospitality was great they have nicest staff I have ever encountered at any Java Rain Resort. They are Well trained and highly skilled . They go extra mile and ensure to the best. They were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walk in the door. Very Helpful and Excellent.Every request has been honoured with a smile. 8. Checkout was very smooth they are best in business. They provide free meals and blankets too to accommodate drivers.

We stayed in java rain resort in jean first weekend and i can tell you that it's the most mesmerizing experience we had. - best things about resort: 1) the reception team is so wonderful and they made us stay is resort so enhancing. 2) rooms were large and maintained very well. The nature view from the room was breathtaking. 3) one thing to mention about food. Its was soo tasty and amazing cuisine 4) the cafeteria team ms. Usha, mr. Madan and team made sure dining experiance awesome one. They have so much patience and serve you food in excellent manner 5) buffet items veg (i tried veg only) by chief cook was very tasty 6) indoor, outdoor activities were planned very well 7) view from crimson peak was enchanting 8) a morning walk in the property is so thrilling and we tend to get merged with nature - things and improve 1) add few mats at the room doors so that water and dirt will not enter room so can maintain clean well by guest as well 2) quality of cycles have to be improved. Overall for a family and friemds its best resort and a must visit one

Booked Java Rain for anniversary trip with my wife. Had booked Fika view, but was upgraded to Qahwa with private Jacuzzi. Woohooo! The staff promptly arranged for a cake and flower decoration in the room to surprise my wife. Check in was smooth, the staff even helps you park the car. The food is really nice with a very good spread try the lunch buffet and continental dishes at night. The swimming pool is clean and Jacuzzi is amazing. See that room service is chargeable due to size of resort and only 1 restaurant in bar. Also, be aware that there is construction going on at the resort. Hence, stay at rooms can be fairly disturbing. Overall stay 4/5. Food 4.5/5. Drinks 4/5. Staff and service 5/5. Just to add, coffee plantation walk was very informative. Amjad explained it well.

We travelled in January 12 Weekend to celebrate our daughters birthday along with my parents. Check-in very smooth experience. Even though we reached early than expected we did get 1 room of the 2 to refresh and relax while the other was getting cleaned. Food excellent food at the restaurant, we opted for alcarte as non of us are buffet fans. The food was great and we ended up eating lunch post our checkout before we left. Activities well this was a bit of let down. The camp fire organized was completely occupied by one large gang which had come in and we're over the cloud with kind of fun they were having. Location amazing shall go again if I can.

Very well maintained and a beautiful, aesthetic place that we bumped into on the website, luckily, specially during a pandemic when most places are shut, mostly owing to not being able to meet standards laid out by the govt during a pandemic like Covid. We totally needed a break having been on strict quarantine but also didn't want to risk our health or others. All measures were taken for safety of the guests and staff, both. Food was delicious though menu was quite limited, probably owing to lesser traffic at this point of time. All in all, it was a breathe of fresh air! Perfect monsoon gateway)

Java rain resort is one of the best place we visited the vibe food nature staff hospitality was very good. The location the resort is situated is the best place. The plantation walk with mr. Andy was a wonderful experience as he explained us about the coffee plantation and luckily we are were able to watch some rare birds about which andy has nice knowledge and who is a serious nature lover and a very rare interest and knowledge about birds and animals. Had a very nice stay at this place. Would. Love to suggest this place to my friends and colleagues too.

Loved their hospitality. The time we spent here was very entertaining and memorable. Loved their surprises of bottle art activity during high tea and karaoke during dinner. Lovely bird nest shapes swing in the property. Clean room and bathrooms. Lot of complementary to enjoy in room. They were kind enough to save us lunch inspite of our late arrival. Food spread can be improved for lunch and dinner with respect to starters and main course. Baked desserts needs huge improvement. Outdoor activity equipments need much better maintenance for the price paid.

The resorts as it is is very good. And they do their best to make us feel what we have paid is worth it. See which package suits you the best, in ala carte each items costly at least 3 times more than its usual rate. If you buy a buffet here, it is 1. 6k per person. It is a tricky decision to make, and i'm happy i went with ala carte for lunch and dinner. One other thing, i had booked and had to wait for more than 30mins in reception to get my booking id confirmed before i checked in. That was a bad start and made me unhappy to make my wife wait.

This place was absolutely worth the price if you are looking for a luxurious experience in chikmagalur. Beautiful and serene.

Me and my husband went for a birthday celebration. The Java Rain Resort staff made our day so special and the place they gave us for romantic dinner was so good and so pleasant. I just loved everything, they specifically did for us.

This is on of the best resort in chikmagalur. Villa are spacious and under the nature. Food quality should be improved. Resort is customer friendly and listens to customer feedback.

It’s a luxurious property nestled amid-st wilderness. Clean rooms, relaxing jacuzzi and lip smacking food spread. Settled amid-st nature, this place is a must visit.

Food was good and rooms are good. Good staff. The room has glass window in bathroom which I felt little bit uncomfortable.

This is a great place to stay. Food, accommodation, service everything is great. No complaints as such. Service and hospitality is top notch. The entire staff make you feel at home with their never fading smile and care. Thank you java rain for making our honeymoon very special.

Had the most relaxing weekend in a long time. Loved the way the room was set in the wild. It was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The villa was absolutely spotless. If you're a non-vegetarian, be sure to try their Murg malai tikka and achari tikka. Couldn't have enough of it. The staffs were extremely polite and helpful. They even surprised us with an anniversary cake, which was again, just yummy. I also enjoyed the spa. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would definitely go again.

Awesome stay and loved the place and food

The resort, location, rooms, facilities and staff, everything was great. The food was tasty and the staff were very helpful and courteous, however, felt the buffet menu could be better for the price being charged.

Stay was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Service was excellent. Manager madan was really helpful. Food was delicious. Someone wanting to be closer to nature must definitely visit this place. Indoor games was good.
