room & bathroom not clean shower also not working hotel staff Very good and,,,

Decent hotel with good behavior of staff. But lack of amenities and hygiene of toilets left a bad impression.

Hotel location is good but drivers find it difficult to locate somehow. room was okay but toilet was not maintained. First day I entered, there was no water in anything in the toilet. complaining they said tank was over. food quality was terrible we order breakfast but that I don't write about it. but staff was well behaved and polite. They listened to complaints. the owner should pay some attention to the rooms and decor and maintenance.

Location 10 on 10. Could do so much better. It has so much of potential. If you get just a basic done this place will bloom! It’s a very old property with no maintenance. The first room they gave us, we couldn’t even lock it and they gave us another room but it was not clean. Water was leaking in the washroom and not hygienic basically. The staff was good but unfortunately due to the poor maintenance of the building and few basic issue we had to shift our stay instead on extending it.

Washroom was in very bad condition, bed and mattress were not good in short nothing was good in that room but I was reached at 01:00 AM in night so there is no option for me

the room display on the website is only for show off the actual room is totally different, even not for staying also. If you book a deluxe room you will have a standard room for stay,for the deluxe room they charge extra. very poor facilities, shameless I also called customer care and they told us to kindly adjust with this facilities.

Very Poor service . Rooms are very dirty . They didn’t provide a Towel even . Same Bed cover and pillow are there for 3 days . High cost restaurant service . Will suggest Never Ever plan a stay here . Washrooms are like Hell .

One of the best hotels to stay in south delhi at an affordable rate. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very cooperative and food is excellent.

The check-in was quick and the reception was welcoming. The food as per menu is ok and homely, do not look for excellence or cleanliness of the bathrooms. The room was comfortable but a/c was roaring all night and poorly maintained.

a nice place with very comfortable simple basic amenities and a very helpful smiling staff. the food was fresh and delicious too. the 2-3 times i had it in the stay. would easily stay here again, but would suggest they do the cleaning of this newly started property in a deeper manner, so that i can give it 5 stars the next time. no other fault at his price.
