The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a foul smell" "bathroom had mold and wasn't cleaned property "staff was rude and unhelpful when we reported issues" "waited hours for check-in, and no one apologized for the delay. the hotel looked nothing like them. Facilities like the pool and gym were closed, but this wasn't mentioned. Couldn’t sleep because of loud music and thin walls. Constant noise from construction or traffic outside. The bed was rock-hard, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The room was tiny and cramped, not worth the price. "unexpected charges were added to the bill at checkout"wi-fi, parking, and basic amenities were extra despite being advertised as free. Malfunctioning ac, and leaking taps ruined the stay" "elevator wasn’t working, and there was no alternative. Found cockroaches in the room and ants in the bathroom. Bedbugs in the mattress! worst experience ever.

Seeing cockroaches and bad smell rooms are very small. No extra cot just they providing only simple bed.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Ac is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity to ndls station. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst.

Rate is very high, but not facility as per charged money and also not serve a single bottle drinking water.
