Jayam Hotel

The place is very close to the bus station at palani, roughly just 300m from the stand. Google map might show a bad road to the place, but you can walk straight out of the bus station and may ask someone nearby the place to locate it. Good staff, enough space to keep your luggage, good wardrobe, mirror. The bathroom is also clean and you will get hot water any time from the geyser. You will have one complementary water bottle, 2 soaps and other staffs were very cooperative. Gave us an additional pillow, bed sheet etc. We asked for an additional bed while booking, but did not require it as the bed provided was ok for 3 (personally. You may not have enough space to put an additional bed in a single room. Overall a great experience. Will choose this place again next time.

We stayed at this Jayam Hotel to visit the palani temple on the 8th and 9th of july. I booked the room along with my friends. I must say, i was really impressed with our stay here. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a decent stay. The rooms and bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. There was hot water availability, clean towels, and kettles in the room. The Jayam Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. It is a safer place for lady travelers to stay. There is no restaurant on-site, but the Jayam Hotel staff offered to arrange tea. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was not a problem at all. The temple is within walking distance, around 800 meters.

The rooms and other facilities provided are good. But the room boys keep on asking for money. While checking in, one person took luggage to rooms and while checking out he asked for money and i gave it. After taking the money, he disappeared and i had to take the luggage to the reception on my own. At reception, two more came and they took my luggage from reception to vehicle which was parked just outside the Jayam Hotel. They also asked for money. I gave some amount and they were not happy with that and they asked for more saying that that amount is not sufficient for two people.

A very good experience. My first visit to palani, booked jayam Jayam Hotel. Hotel is very clean and the staffs are very helpful and polite. They explained to me about the temple and where to do the booking and other things. Hotel is 0. 5km away from temple steps you can get auto, horse cart or have a good walk. Only issue (won't say it's an issue, more of a restriction) is the parking. Only 3-5 car can be parked in front. But they have alternate arrangements. But i got the parking in front itself. Overall a good stay, and i was really happy.

We booked a non ac room. Positives 1. Room was neat & clean. 2. Bathroom was neat & clean. 3. Room size was not so big, for the price it was excellent negatives 1. The bathroom was having some bad smell - initially when we checked in a intense lotion smell was there but after some time lotion smell faded and some foul smell developed, then we switched on the exhaust fan and kept it on for long, after that it was a kind of ok

The Jayam Hotel is well located, tucked in small lane next to the bus stand. The rooms are small but comfortable. The room, the bed linnen, towels and everything was neat and clean. The batheoom was also clean. Lift is available. The a/c was very effective. Geyser worked well. Temple stairway is 10 minutes walk away. They have provided an electic kettle but no tea/coffee sachets. Overall a very good stay.

Finding the Jayam Hotel was not difficult as it was very close to the railway station and the temple. This is what i was looking for. The Jayam Hotel atmosphere was very good and the behavior of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and outside was good. There was always water in the bathroom. Although we arrived before the Jayam Hotel check in time, the room was fixed immediately.

Very near yo the temple and on the main road. Next to some good Jayam Hotels like nalapakkam the approach may not be great, parking is an issue, they do have a temporary space near by for car parking.

Found it in makemytrip. It is worth the price. We were on pilgrimage trip. Had a comfortable stay and godd bath facilities.

The Hotel is very clean & hygienic , Near to Palani Bus Stand. Food option not available, we can eat nearby restaurants outside. Staffs were polite & kind.

Good service and good guidance for temple visit

Very close to temple, clean rooms, nice service. Parking is not at the same place but very close to the Jayam Hotel (max 150-200mtrs. Restaurant renovation is in progress, that will be opened very soon. Overall experience is very good.
