Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre

My family (me, wife & daughter) stayed here for 1 night on "holi" day (25. 03. 2024 - 26. 03. 2024. In fact. My family stayed here in 2012 (as part of lions club meetings / function. We remembered those good memories. That time our daughter was just 4 or so. Now she is 16, she wanted to see it again, as she can't remember our earlier trip. We had a fabulous stay here. It is like staying in a palace, i am told it is a 341 room Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre, rooms are spacious, well maintained, only 3 floor Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre, huge area to walk around within the campus, friendly staff, good dining facilities, just 4 km from east gate of taj mahal. I would say it is a value for money Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre for your family vacation or stay of ncr business executives for weekend trip.

The pictures of the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre don't do justice to how beautiful the property actually is. As you enter, you're welcomed by greenery which looks stunning against the red walls of the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre. There are beautiful flowers all around. It's so peaceful! we took a walk around the property in the evening and it was lovely. There's a jogging track, and beautiful lawns all around. The food was great! the desserts at patra deserve a special mention! the staff is the most courteous i've ever seen. I did feel slightly disappointed that my room was an adjoining one - and wish they gave me a entirely separate / independent room because that ensures complete privacy.

I stayed at jaypee palace on 10th august for 1 night. The experience was truly awesome. Checkin was smooth and fast. Staff is main strength of this Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre. They always greet you with a smile. Always proactive in helping. The food is simply outstanding. Took buffet dinner and breakfast. Both were too good with wide variety of food options. Biryani was truly outstanding. Special thanks to the female staff in buffet restaurant. They were really very nice and helpful. Will definitely visit soon. It was an excellent experience at the jaypee Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre. The staff was really helpful, the food tasted great and also the selection of the dishes were all well thought of. The Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre location was close to taj mahal and also close to the taj expressway. The Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre had great outdoor landscaping with a cycling path, a duck pond naming some amenities. However, the swimming pool was not very clean, it had leaves and ants in it, so we refrained from using it. It would be great if the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre can invest in making it better. Overall a wonderful stay. Go experience it!

Jaypee palace Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre truly offers a royal experience. I had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights and was thoroughly impressed. The culinary delights across all four restaurants were impeccable, with a special mention to the chinese restaurant whose flavors were simply amazing. The expansive swimming pool is a serene oasis, ideal for relaxation. What stood out the most were the myriad of activities and games tailored for kids, ensuring they were engaged and entertained throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre for a splendid stay that promises luxury, fun, and unparalleled hospitality.

We stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary and from the moment we entered the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre till we checked out, everything was just fab. Highlight was the courteous staff who provided us everything we want & fulfilled all our request with smiles on their face. I would like to thank them for complimentary cake & room decoration. The property was very well maintained, the food was also nice, only one suggestion that their could be little more vareity in dinner buffet like chat items, little fast food items & some continental. Overall the stay was wonderful. I will definitely come back.

Location, food, ambience, everything was really gud it’s a bful property lovely greenery staff was cordial and welcoming, rooms were gud but according to the price rooms can b better. Dey provide complementary chocolates and cookies but during our stay dey forget to keep date also and after reminding for three time dey dlvrd it in room, everything was gud and bful but according to the price rooms cult b better and more welcoming. Overall it’s a bful property for couple and family. Pool area is gud one can enjoy cycling tennis and other games too.

I had a memorable stay in the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre. The rooms were clean and huge. The property is vast with a lot of greenery. Staff was helpful and courteous. Although i faced 2 issues: 1. I had asked for complimentary towel art for newly wed couple and complimentary cakes as well but they did not provided them on time. I had to ask them repeatedly. 2. The pool is huge but the depth of the pool is 5. 5ft allover. It is a bit of problem fir the people with height below 5. 5ft.

Well maintained property. Good tasty food to take care of your stay. This is something everybody looks for in an vacation.

This was our second stay in 6 months. We are in awe of the rooms, food and the arcade area. Definitely a must visit

Its really nice property to stay with family esp with kids however needs renovation, rooms are big but mattresses are not comfortable. Furniture kept in balconies is broken, there is no pool side bar and room service takes long time but over all its a decent property to stay with family

The service is very good, food is delicious. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing we want to give feedback is about cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms. They are not maintained upto standard. Need more attention on that side

Great location, good food, good options for kids to do different activities and very close to taj mahal. Excellent service and front desk staff were very professional and courteous. We travel-led with senior citizen parents and 13 yr old daughter. We all had a great time.
