Jaypee Residency Manor

Our stay at Jaypee Residency Manor in Mussoorie was truly excellent. This property exceeded all expectations with its comprehensive facilities and warm hospitality. The only thing you might miss is that Mussoorie town is located 5 km away from the Jaypee Residency Manor. The facilities at Jaypee Residency Manor were impressive. They have everything you could ask for, including a spa, swimming , and a gym. The kids' playground is outstanding, equipped with various games like sliders, swings, basketball etc . Giant outdoor chess and ludo painted on the floor. It was a haven for children to enjoy themselves. The dining experience was exceptional. The food served was delicious, and the live singing performances during meals added a delightful touch. One of the highlights was the evening tea served on the terrace with live dance performances showcasing local themes—an unforgettable experience under the sky. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met promptly. While the distance from the main town might be a consideration for some, I found the tranquil setting of Jaypee Residency Manor to be a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, I highly recommend this Jaypee Residency Manor for a memorable stay in Mussoorie, especially for families with kids looking for a blend of relaxation and entertainment.

I had a fantastic stay at j. P residency manor. The Jaypee Residency Manor is located on a hilltop, offering stunning views of the himalayas. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and face the common terrace overlooking the mountains. The Jaypee Residency Manor has a wide range of facilities including an indoor pool, a full-service spa, a skating rink, a bowling alley, a games arcade, and a billiards room. The tamaya spa is fully equipped and also houses a salon, gym, and jacuzzi. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The regency restaurant serves delicious international dishes and has its own bakery. Marshal’s lounge is a great place to relax and features a wide selection of wines, cocktails, and mocktails. The Jaypee Residency Manor is located 8 km from lal tibba, which is the highest point in mussoorie city, and 4 km away from the mall road. The nearest airport is dehradun airport, 54 km away. I would highly recommend j. P residency manor to anyone visiting mussoorie.

Overall, the property was fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the terrace and plenty of activities to enjoy without needing to leave the Jaypee Residency Manor. The staff was incredibly kind and cooperative, and the food was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was one of the largest i’ve experienced, with every item being absolutely delicious. It was a foodie paradise at the breakfast. However, i do have one piece of feedback: when we requested a room change for a better view ( _because from our room there were trees blocking the view_ ) or one with a balcony. The manager was adamant that the Jaypee Residency Manor was fully booked and refused our request, stating that the room we wanted was an upgrade that would require an additional charge. It was disappointing that they were willing to keep the room vacant rather than offering it to guests, especially since i mentioned it was my wife’s birthday and our first trip after getting married. Aside from this, our overall experience was amazing.

While the Jaypee Residency Manor is well maintained and is at a good location, i think the staff especially in the valley view building could be a lot more courteous. It was our anniversary and we were 6 months pregnant thus were asking for little bit flexibility to make out stay comfortable. They agreed over the call but then when we reached, they didn’t budge on 1) having our room on the upper floor 2) taking a special lunch/dinner reservation 3) they didn’t even give the complementary cake that they were boasting about ( btw i got to know that it was pineapple flavour which i feel is cheap. I just feel that as a 5 star Jaypee Residency Manor, they could do much better to make someone’s stay special.

4. Ganga kinare is an awesome place! right from the Jaypee Residency Manor lobby staff till security, everyone is customer oriented was impressed with balwant ji at their jal jalebi restaurant. As soon as he came to know i occasionally sing, he made quick arrangements for me to sing. And later he said ‘i am pleasantly surprised that you sing so well despite not being a professionally trained singer’. Food is also good. View from both the room as well as restaurant is breathtaking. Jaypee residency manor is a good place. They operate like any other 4-5 star Jaypee Residency Manor. Difficult to pin point any unique thing other than there open terrace breakfast area. Experience there was awesome.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Jaypee Residency Manor. Everything about the Jaypee Residency Manor was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with the best view of mountain and also excellent service in where we had dinner with live music, we enjoyed the live music and the playlist of 90s. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed at jaypee manor residency for 3 nights in may. All in all the experience was wonderful. The location, views from the room balcony, Jaypee Residency Manor amenities and the decor was great. Lots of activities for all age groups. Self contained with scenic valley views on one side and mussorie hill views in other side. Food options and buffet spread was pretty good. Efficient room service and extremely clean surroundings. This is located few kms before mussorie hence you can avoid a lot of the mall road traffic. All in all a very nice stay

I had asked (twice) before checking in to get us a cake and flowers in the room for my husbands bday but it wasn’t done. On checking in the housekeeping staff (satish) was extremely helpful and arranged everything quickly when i told him i had asked for this in advance. The food and service in cafe manor was really good. The breakfast was also good but the cheese platter was stale. The mineral water(ula) was salty i expected at-least a bisleri or bailey in a 5 star Jaypee Residency Manor. We wanted to go for their in-house bowling but that also

Location: better than mall road property: truly 5 star ammenities: excellant food: mostly good. Could be better, specially bfast. Good variety served but lacks taste. Staff: set of both good and average. Going back: definitely

We had a very pleasant stay at jaypee mussoorie and the staff was very courteous and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. I would especially like to mention about the house keeping service as the housekeeping staff was very prompt and fulfilled all our requests.

Good Jaypee Residency Manor with lots of menities, food was also good, but there was a maarraige being done so lots of areas were not accessible. No thanks

The overall stay was excellent but i made special request regarding room at higher floor which was not fulfilled. Rest the food, property, hygiene everything was superb.

Very well placed property. What a view from the room. Spent 3 nights. Rust-om made the stay special with his service at the restaurants. Plumbing in the room could improve. No doctor for night call. All in all, must stay at least once for the experience.
