Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel

Initially, for two days, we were accommodated in a room on a floor where renovation was going on. but the staff was very cooperative and transferred the room to a better floor. All staff were very cooperative and showed care and concern at all points. Few staff members I can remember who provided excellent services are: Front office: Rajni, Anju, Mayank, Debashish Concierge: Hemchand, Rajeev Housekeeping: Bharat (and the gentlemen on 5th floor) F&B : Kusumlata We stayed with our pet dog, Although the Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel is only pet accommodative, but booking are showing them as Pet Friendly which is misleading. My suggestion would be to mention the pet policy in a clear way on all these portals. My suggestion would be to upgrade the property to Pet-friendly, which will surely show an increase in guest perceptions and off course the business. India lacks pet friendly proeprties and this will help jaypee Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotels in increasing the customer base. F&B was excellent, we enjoyed the food at both the Cafe and Chinese restaurant. The chef at the Chinese restaurant was very friendly and personally met all the guests. The Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel celebrated our daughter's birthday with a special cake, it was a gesture which we will remember at all times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel and it was a delightful experience. As i arrived at the Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel with my mother, we had to wait for about 15 minutes to check in as the room that we had booked was being readied. To address this inconvenience, the Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel administration and staff very generously upgraded our room to a suite. The suite is tastefully decorated and the cleanliness is commendable. It is quite a homely space and does not give a commercial / Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel room vibe. I would like to appreciate the Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel staff for their commitment to guest satisfaction and being readily available to address queries. This was my second stay at this Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel and i highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and pleasant Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel stay in the city. Thank you!

Room was clean and spacious, they also serve you a welcome fruit basket. Do order masala chai, being not so fond of tea, too, i loved that chai. I had ordered french fries but i was very disappointed. They were soggy and a bit cold. Thought he buffet breakfast was delicious; they have three live counters along with a regular buffet. The only issue i had was the sound; i was able to hear the sound of the floor gallery. Otherwise the stay was good.

Great location for our needs. Triple room. Extra bed fit easily and was comfortable. The staff are super polite and friendly and eager to serve. The chinese restaurant had excellent food and service. At the morning breakfast the older staff looked a bit tired. The youngsters were very enthusiastic and brought what was ordered. A delight. The bathroom was missing the shower gel, but got it easily. Thank you for a very good stay.

It’s the second time we are staying at jaypee vasant vihar, and it’s always a pleasant experience! we just love this Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel. Mohit at reception are always super friendly and helpful, we love him. The whole property is well looked after, super clean and the swimming pool is just amazing! the breakfast is sooo good! they will definitely see us again!

The Jaypee Vasant Continental Hotel is pretty good with spacious room and good service. It has all the good amenities with smiling staff and make u comfortable. The morning breakfast can be improved even through spread is a bit ok. The cafe is spacious with great staff always there to assist. Reception is good to approach and always there to give quick resolution.

The breakfast spread was generous, and the in-room dining options were ample, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff was attentive and quick to address any needs, making the stay hassle-free. A solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel is very good. Rooms are good. But tv and safe was not working and their technician also could not repair it. He said i will get it fixed tomorrow. Though my stay was for only one day. So tomorrow never came. Secondly food is too expensive and not of any good taste. I ordered veg platter costing approx 2100 but it was really not worth money at all.

The location is really apt as it falls in the centre of the city. We had a wonderful stay witnessing lovely hospitality from the staff. Highly recommended…

Overall it was nice the service was a bit delay but location is a plus point as its near to most of the places in delhi.

Amazing stay, hospitable staff and a very safe place to stay for woman solo travellers. Also very near to airport, and in a radius of 30mins to places like cp, railway station. The nearby malls were added attraction for a quick hangout and movie.

Stay experience was very good rooms are very specious and convenient location for airport with metro connectivity

The room and salon services were good! on the whole it was a fine experience. I requested a complementary upgrade but wasn't available. The staff can be a bit more pleasant.

Good property, old school but solid, helpful staff, food was decent, service was efficient. The only let down was the coffee, but overall would stay here again! the property is very maintained and the rooms are spacious!
