JC Residency

My family spent 3 nights at JC Residency in a Royal Suite room. The rooms were old but very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and dinner, which were included in the fare, were buffet and had a decent variety of dishes. Lunch was a la carte and we felt it could have included some south indian dishes too since it focused on tandoori and chinese. The service was excellent and we never had to complain about it. The JC Residency includes an outdoor auditorium where nightly bonfires and games are organized. It also includes a children's park which is basic. Both my kids enjoyed the bonfires and the park. The only mild negative is that it is about 2. 5 km away from the lake. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

I stayed for two nights with my family here, booked through MMT based on the reviews from trip advisor. We were greeted at the reception and check in was smooth. Super deluxe rooms were so spacious, neat and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner spread were of both south indian and north indian with tasty food. The location of the property is close to many attractions like lake, park etc. There is a beautiful small garden with colourful flowers, few indoor games, bonfire with music will be arranged on request. Overall stay was very comfortable and beyond expectation.

We stayed at this property for 3 days from 5 th jan to 8 th jan. The stay was excellent. Rooms were clean, neat, properly equipped. Entire staff was polite humble and ready to help us on any time. Mr vergese, the manager was really helpful he ensure smooth check in and check out. Restaurent manager mr murgan and staff idea mam and all other staff were so humble and provide us excellent food. Atmosphere at property was so beautiful. It is full of flowers and trees. Property is well connected and easy to locate. Thanks jc residency for giving us such memories

Rooms were too good and JC Residency location is at centre of kodai. Parking available, Wi-Fi is there, restaurant is also good, staff is very generous food was also good, value for money, economy wise also good, they arranged barbeque as well. Music was also provided. The JC Residency is located in naidupuram overall the JC Residency is a very good option if you are travelling with family and friends. The JC Residency also provided taxiit was very good experience at the JC Residency

Stayed first day in the suite room and second day in the superior deluxe room. While we were satisfied with the spacious and clean superior deluxe room, it is highly recommended to avoid staying in the suite room which needs urgent renovation to make it clean and comfortable to the guests. We were initially given a suite room which was not at all comfortable and then given a different room on the subsequent day. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The reception executives like Mrs. Jaya & others were very kind & helpful with a smiling face. They helped me out with early check-in too. The restaurant managers' & chef's hospitality was extraordinary. Will definitely stay again. The car parking space close to the room was also comfortable for easy access. The location is also good, close to many small shops. I strongly recommend this JC Residency for families to stay comfortably.

It is very good JC Residency for family stay. You start with your day by fresh break fast and end with delicious dinner. In the reception counter mr. Ajay, kiruba and jay a communicate our problem immediately you feel very comfort with these people. And mr. Nova. Travel agent from jcr was so good, he prepare very good plan for side seens. We had an excellent stay in JC Residency. The staff are very good. The food service provided was awesome and nothing can be expected beyond this. The rooms are very spacious. Very special thanks to Jaya ma'am for permitted to keep our luggage and accommodate to refresh even after checkout time. One request to JC Residency is that to provide all the regional channels in TV, because people visits different part of the country.

We enjoyed our stay, room was too good and located near by town and food was good staff's are so cool and helping best place for family. I personally recommend this JC Residency.

The location of the JC Residency is perfect, good food, hygiene and the staffs are nice with the guests.

The JC Residency is situated very close to Kodai lake and Bryant park. The suites are very spacious with dual TVs for when kids and you fight over TV. The JC Residency has lots of facilities for kids and adults like outdoor play area, indoor games area, mini amphitheatre with bonfire and performances. The staff is very helpful with a ready answer for anything you need. Heaters in rooms is a good add.

Rooms are very clean, food is excellent but costly. Front desk guys Jaya and Saravanan are very helpful and restaurant manager also very nice person. Hotel is very spacious, neat and clean. Have their own nursery and we can buy plants at reasonable rates.

The stay and location was good .. The hospitality at the restaurant was excellent and the food too was extremely good as the managers gave personal attention to all our needs ... At the end of the day it was a relaxing and value for money experience ..

Location is not that good, away from city center. Other things are fine including room, food and cleanliness. I will recommend this property.

The rooms were neat and clean but felt the price of 5k was a bit too much for this. The amenities like tv was pretty old and some switches were old as well. The staffs were decent and the restaurant too was not bad.

The JC Residency front desk was very courteous and helpful and friendly. The rooms were not really maintained well, need to call the housekeeping for towels, etc. Definitely the housekeeping services need to be improved. The advantage is the location of the JC Residency - is about 2 kms from the lake, and they do not hesitate to drop you and pick you anytime from/to the lake. Restaurent was also ok (not great though).

We had a great time at JC residency. The staff members were very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. The location of the JC Residency is a great plus. The staff have maintained the place very well with Gardens.
