JEEVANTARA RESORT

I recently had the opportunity to stay at jeevan tara resort, and i must say that my experience this time was a bit disappointing compared to my previous visit. While the resort still retains its beautiful surroundings and peaceful ambiance, the service provided this year was not up to the mark. During my previous stay, the staff at jeevan tara resort was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for the guests. However, this time, there seemed to be a noticeable decline in the quality of service. The staff appeared less motivated and less responsive to the needs of the guests. One of the main issues i encountered was a lack of timely assistance. Requests for basic amenities took longer than expected to be fulfilled, and at times, we had to follow up multiple times before our needs were addressed. This was a significant departure from the efficient and prompt service i had previously experienced at the resort. Moreover, the overall attention to detail seemed to have suffered. The room cleanliness was not up to par, and we found several small maintenance issues that were not promptly fixed. It was evident that the level of care and maintenance had decreased compared to my previous stay. On a positive note, the resort's location and natural beauty are still outstanding. The surroundings offer a serene and picturesque environment, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were also well-maintained and enjoyable. However, despite the positive aspects, the decline in service quality was a significant drawback during my recent stay at jeevan tara resort. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience. Overall, while the resort's location and amenities are appealing, i would caution potential visitors to consider the current service quality, which fell short of my previous experience at jeevan tara resort.

Hotel is really beautiful, great location. But, the management is super terrible, room service is terrible. Again the JEEVANTARA RESORT (property) is really beautiful. But don't expect good service. . The indoor games available. But just for showoff. Limited breakfast items. Water bottles are charged more than mrp. Wifi. And tv was not working. Even after complaint about them they do nothing. For that. . Bedsheets and towel had stains. I only recommend it when you got deal under 2000 per night.

Good property with natural views, big and broad rooms, i stayed here for 3 nights with family, i booked executive rooms, opt this only if u want to book executive or suit rooms, bcz deluxe and super deluxe rooms are in basement and u can not get view of garden or mountains, also food quality was not upto the mark, so u can choose with breakfast pkg only. Suitable for family stay.

It was an amazing stay at jeevantara resort all staff is so helpful and the facilities are also good in the lap of aravali we enjoyed a lot specially food was amazing the bar has good offer like one on o e drink free for ipl season all though we enjoyed very much thanks to the team of resort for making our trip memorable.

Each child excitedly waits for summer vacation. My summer vacation will begin one week from now. The delight of not going to class for the following couple of days is happiness inside me. I have arrangeda beneficial summer vacation for me this year. I have wanted to get up late in morning.

stay was comfortable and safe . service good.only thing we faced problem is hot water availability and car services and this JEEVANTARA RESORT doesn't have carpeted room in any category.in winters specially those type of rooms should be available.. and also wifi service very poor

Property is very nice and maintained rooms was excellent and the martini bar in property is amazing they give us offer of buy 1 get 1 free on drinks and cocktails was really nice also food was very delicious value for money property i will suggest you to visit this property

we have book this resort on 8th May for 2days resort has check in time at noon 12 o'clock when we reach there resort members welcome us with great gesture service of this resort was excellent thank you so miss Karishma for providing excellent service to us 🙏

Property view is exceptional. But we stay at normal room so room view is not so great. Food is ok not soo good

Very good service, location, and food etc exalant location for the nearest visit place and nominal charges.

The area was quite good. Breakfast options can be increased. Food is tasty by the way.

But staff is very eregularly. Only this time problem.

Great stay overall, enjoyed!.

Room was okay. Service is also okay.

The food and service is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and had an excellent view from the room facing the pool.

Resort / property was very nice and also good location. It’s located at entrance of udaipur city. Facilities are also good but during festival season rates are very high as per the room standard. Overall all nice experience and also food was also good.
