Never allowed to check in the property

I had one of the most horrible experiences of life whereby we have not been allowed to check in as the property was already rented out to someone else from mumbai. I had contacted at least for 6 hours but the same had absolutely resulted no outcome. I was shocked to see was helpless as the property owner wasn't even responding to their calls. when i was waiting outside the property. Even after sending various videos as proof of someone else staying in the property no action was taken on the property.

Overall the experience was good apart from the ac was not working. The property is good to stay. need to take more measures for swimming pool. All other things were excellent.

This is a 2 - 2 bhk bunglow combined with 2 swimming pools so when you book only 1 bunglow then you need to share the property with other bunglow like garden and common area. Pools are separate, parking is sepearte, gates are separate. Food is made by local people and excellent in taste and complete hygineic. You need to be care full while driving at the property as road is very narrow and only one car can pass also need to be careful in raining season as there may be chance of watter logging.

There were lots of issues in this property like cleanliness was not proper and even proper toiletries were provided here. Linens were very dirty and stinky. Room was definitely not up to my expectations. Really disappointed with their services. It's a complete waste of money. It was the worst experience of mine and it's not at all a value for money property.

groupThe staffs were cooperative and mannered. The rooms were relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark. The food was great and price was reasonable. Must recommend the property. The only drawback was the location as it was not up to the mark.
