Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond. Whenever i had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to help, always with a friendly smile. The housekeeping team was diligent, ensuring my room was always clean and comfortable. One evening, i dined at the Jewel Himalayan Heights Near M.G Marg restaurant, where the service was equally impressive. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, the combination of excellent service and a comfortable environment made my stay unforgettable. I left feeling relaxed and eager to return

Our stay was comfortable. The room had all the essentials that were mentioned during the booking. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of palzor stadium and the mighty kanchenjunga from the balcony was beautiful. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from mg marg. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

nice rooms with a view towards football stadium clean room, good and polite staff. tasty breakfast. lunch and dinner we had outdoors as we were on sightseeing most of time. MG marg walkable distance of 15 minutes. or u can hire a taxi outside the Jewel Himalayan Heights Near M.G Marg for MG marg at 50 to pay.

Good stay. Not a luxury sophisticated Jewel Himalayan Heights Near M.G Marg. You can't get all the amenities or facilities without asking. But some staff members are very nice and friendly. They are helpfull. Like mr. Badal sinha. He is a very helpful person. Thanks to him.

The staff was lovely and hospitable. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The only drawback was they didn’t have the geyser working properly which they later fixed upon requesting but overall it was a wonderful experience staying there

The location is great, the staff is very polite. The rooms are well maintained, and bathrooms are clean and good. Must consider this as a preferred stay during your future visits.

The Best Luxurious and Heritage Hotel in Sikkim ❤️ It has all the amenities you can dream of. All the rooms has view of Mount Kanchanjanga. And inhouse Restaurant and Bar adds cherry to the cake 😍
