JFIVE RESIDENCY

Location: walkable distance from appolo chennai-omr; world trade center and st pious catholic church(english mass at 6. 30am on sundays. Parking area is small and congested but safe(as it's inside the JFIVE RESIDENCY building) food: complimentary breakfast which is offered was not ready before 8. 30am. So i didn't have it. So if u are for some business meetings which start early- u may have to leave without breakfast. Hygiene: very neat rooms, common area. And bathrooms over all, it's neat and clean. Staff is ok, they do their job, but they were not very proactive in helping and not very friendly. Safety seems to be ok, well enclosed JFIVE RESIDENCY in relatively safe zone. But i didn't notice any cctv cameras. But over all nice experience and value for money

The JFIVE RESIDENCY is located on omr road near peringudy bus stop and easy to reach. They have maintained quality and cleanliness throughout. They provide quality breakfast in a very peaceful restaurant. Food service is available throughout the day.

Room is good. Bathroom are fine with geyser. Parking is huge problem as we need to park on road which is a pain for obvious reasons. Accessibility to JFIVE RESIDENCYs etc. Overall, decent family JFIVE RESIDENCY

This is exactly in the middle of omr and nearby tide l park and that too 100mtrs from the main road. Good connectivity to restaurants, hospitals and offices.

Good JFIVE RESIDENCY to stay. Service also good. We can choose the JFIVE RESIDENCY to stay near perungudi area. Near by so much food options are also there.

Small room but neat rooms, restaurant service is only after 12 noon, but there are other restaurants nearby safe place for a budget traveller,

This is perfect for one night office stay. Facilities are good and clean. Was surprised with the support staff as well. They helped us on time

It was a good stay. For early checkin we may need to pay whole day rent. But room and amenities is really good for the price.
